I have been using a journal for a while and I totally agree I feel more committed to my tasks when I physical write them down. I still struggle with balancing my workload but who doesn't. XD
These are amazing tips! Paper planners really help me a lot. I've tried planning with digital things and it just doesn't work as well. Having a planner open on my desk that I can see and just the action of writing things down makes such a massive difference! This is great timing too as November has been a bit of a bust for me productively. I needed a good long mental break to sort some personal things out. Now I'm feeling much better and ready to get back into a good productive flow.
yessss it certainly helped me so much!!! im not a school person at all, and w/ no job right now, I have to feel the need to stay busy or ill go to my mental illness route of not taking care of things, or myself well, going into a deeeep rabbit hole of depression/numbness/ or in a slump where you just cant feel like you cant do anything at all because of how bad it is. So this has been very helpful. Ive read and watched a couple of productivity things but you hit it all for me and I really appreciate you making this vid. Saved to the playlist!! Great job and keep up the awesome vids!! :)
I always admired your time management skills, so thank you so much for making this video! I especially need this at this time while balancing art school and personal storyboard portfolio projects.
your videos really help me break down tasks and get organised. had a stressful day and seeing this at the end of the day helped me get back on track. thank you Michelle
Ohh same, I ended up enjoying podcasts and audiobooks, but admittedly, there are days where you don't feel like consuming anything long-form. I feel you on the text messages! Also end up batching it with other activities ie while cooking or eating etc.
Thank you so much for the video! I usually don’t have trouble with productivity but lately I have been having trouble focusing. I absolutely second the physical planner tip. If I write things on google calendar I just forget about it
thank you for these tipps 💜 I really needed them since last semester in art school almost caused me to burnout so thank you for the relatable and helpful content
"students who are getting into the animation portion of their student films" me, an animation major at a public college that doesn't even get to work on their own film for their senior thesis: *pain.*
i wish i could have a standing desk, but my broken nervous system means i would be constantly hitting my chin on the edge from falling down 😛 a physical planner is really helpful and so much more customizable then most digital planners
its been a while since I've commented on one of ur vids but I swear I've been watching and loving everyone 😭💗 thanks so much for making these vids, they're srsly so helpful. (my friends also ask me "why do u use a planner just use notion,,lol" so I felt that part haha) this vid really helped me realize that starting really is the hardest part (at least for me!) as long as u divide ur work properly, things shouldn't get too overwhelming! anyways- thanks again for making these videos, they're super helpful, and I hope u have a great thanksgiving! 😊💕
I’m gonna watch this later when I have time to sit down and enjoy your video properly. However I’m gonna click and comment anyway to increase engagement 😚
Omg this timing is amazing!! I’m in the middle of portfolio season for the animation program I’m applying to!
wishing you the best!!

Good luck with the rest of your school year!!
Everytime I consume your content, I can’t help but feel like you would be amazing in podcasts

Those Mossery planners are so pretty, do you want to also make your own? Like if Mossery or a similar businesses contact you.
What was the name of the planner you’re using?
mossery~
