- A U.S. Customs and Border Protection firearms instructor conducting a course was accidentally shot and killed at a west Miami-Dade gun range Wednesday morning, officials said.
If you get shot one time that's an accident if you get shot two times that's murder
No such thing as an accidental shooting! That sounds like a negligent discharge.
Alec Baldwin?
It's only an accidental shooting if it's the police shooting at something that they shouldn't be shooting at. Any other time it's a negligent discharge.
@@silentmajority8365 No, one of the other cops that was on the range with them. I'd even suggest they shot themselves but a double tap to the chest? Dude was murdered.
Accidentally shot twice? 🤔🙄
Rule 1. Always check if you weapon is clear.
Twice in the chest sounds suspect to me
How do you accidently shoot someone twice??
How do u get doubled tapped twice in the chest by “accident”???? Not gonna throw shade on law enforcement but honestly the ones that commit the most safety violations with firearms are usually law enforcement because they get so relaxed in their training, the public never hears about it, unfortunately this is the outcome of it. RIP to that man.
if it was an auto or semi auto, or someone dropped then tried to grab the gun its possible that that happened, we dont know who had the gun so we dont know what guns they had but even still it is pretty sus
@@ShadowTiddlers its not an auto if it were and went off it would have become a run away gun. It would have kept shooting until it goes empty. This is called lack of training or disregard for firearms safety. Dont think just because its law enforcement that theyre “professionals” because any employee that has ever worked at a gun range can tell u that not all law enforcement knows what theyre doing. Lets see what the investigation concludes, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s negligence of firearms safety.
Your average CCW is better trained, more accountable, and had many more laws against them than most LEO I've met.
@@ShadowTiddlers Semi auto requires the trigger to be pulled for each shot. How do you "Accidentally pull the trigger twice?
I certainly hope and pray it was accidental. There is a current case where an LAPD officer Houston Tipping was receiving "training" and he was beaten in a mob simulation and subsequently his neck was "accidentally" broken. Being a cop is a tough job, given. However, when we fetishize the position, not enough attention given to who is actually cut out to become law enforcement and who isn't. Also, when there is no real accountability, inevitably we hire and retain angry, murderous, greedy, vindictive bad agents who. Are as big a threat to the public are hardened criminals. Now I expect a nasty response from the Blue man group, but any L.E.O. worth his/ her salt, while it may be uncomfortable, does not mind the scrutiny, because they know how quickly the public, their own families included, can fall into the hands of a bad cop and lose their freedom or their lives.
How can someone get accidentally shot twice 🤔
He was on the other side i guess he was put in up target's & some dummy start shooting
How the...... F..........
That’s the scariest job in the world. Training people who don’t know how to handle guns.
Join up you know everything
@@silentmajority8365 You can’t read.
This is why I always was nervous going to the range for training, people are very careless and don’t take training serious
Sounds like the other firearm instructor, squeezed the trigger thinking it was empty , 1) I believe the first rule is don’t point a gun at someone unless you plan to shoot them or I think it’s always check to make sure if there is a bullet in the chamber or always make sure the safety is on ? Either way this was negligence
You are correct, sir.
There were two shots, even with negligence that’s almost impossible
By that logic Alec Baldwin is guilty too
Or are lib celebs exempt?
@@silentmajority8365 there’s one major difference, one is a firearm instructor, literally demonstrating how to use a gun, he knows the dangers and it’s obvious he didn’t check or make sure before pulling the trigger , I’m sure there are policies in place to prevent things like this from happening or it’d be more frequent hence negligence
@@silentmajority8365 no, he is very guilty
Bless their hearts.
I am praying for their family and all involved 🙏❤️🇺🇲
Tragic. Regards and condolences to all.
Praying for his family and friends 🙏🏼
So tragic!
Sad news to hear. I was there this past Sunday and it was a packed house and very little amateur hour going on.
“Accidentally shot twice in the chest”
That’s hard to explain
Negligent homicide, unvoluntary manslaughter..... Last time I checked the law...💯💯💯
Coverup ACTIVATE
How do you "Accidentally" pull the trigger TWICE? I smell a coverup
I grew up with Jorge, this breaks my heart.
OMG, prayers for all involved
I would investigate see if the cop was having an affair with the man's wife that shot him
Thank You for your service to our country 👍🇺🇲❤️
Rest in Peace
Rip.🙏.
Poor dude. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
take extreme caution when handling guns idc how long your experience is with guns still take serious caution
Tell Alec Baldwin
Rest in peace
Modified or malfunctioning weapon?
Yeah I agree with these other commenters, getting shot twice is really hard to happen accidentally like with an accidental discharge.
for those that think it was murder because of him getting hit twice search you tube for bump fire malfunction.
Before we do that, please tell us what gun safety rules would have needed to be broken in order for this malfunction to murder someone?
I mean. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this was a murder. Triggers aren't the easiest thing to pull. Especially twice. Sheesh.
Guns! Guns! Guns!
You also cry “car! Car! Car!” Everytime someone dies in a automobile accident?
😄😄😄
@@jqsqueue Cars are NOT designed with the Specific purpose of killing. That's the difference. But first, before you get snarky, consider the feelings of that person's family and their Customs employee life.
@@bawintermage8351 knives either but people still use them in malicious ways its all on the person and discipline someone obviously was neglectful and because of that someone lost their life RIP to the officer

How the hell do you get accidentally shot twice in the chest 🙈
Could've been an automatic weapon. They're issued M 4s
Terrible!!
Base on my training and experience two shots on the chest is not an accident…
Something fishy about this incident.
Karma
My deepest condolences to the officer and his family
How ? Twice in the chest
So it sounds like it was most likely the other instructor that shot him? If it wasn't we'd be hearing more about who did it already. I highly doubt it was a student.
Bummer…, back to the weather
Sad , I feel for his loved ones
how do you accidentally shoot someone else when it requires the shooter to point the weapon at that person which is a no no regardless if loaded or not the, pulling the trigger, and then doing it again. I am no rocket scientist or psychologist but it would seem as though this accidental shooting wasnt an accident... in any case , whatever
Accidentally shot twice in the chest by law enforcement in any incident just stinks to high heaven. Sounds real fishy.
Rest easy now my Brother😪
Never even heard of something like this at a GUN RANGE… let alone by a LEO. Absolutely Crazy!
affirmative action hires You obviously have not seen who they are hiring these days
You weren't there yet you know everything....AMAZING!
🤔 hmmm twice on the chest. 🤔What is next? Cameras weren't working or, deleted? RIP officer. Peace for the family.
It’s BP policy to wear body armor at firearms training. The training guns are plastic orange guns .
😞
Why were they using real bullets in a training you would think that they should know better than that make you think this was no accident
This is what happens in a society that doesn't require mandatory military service. Create a society of kids that know how to fire a weapon and you won't need to recruit from gangsta rappers who can only read a pizza box.
Oh god please no, I don't want to train these furry weirdos, volunteer only
Oh no a cop got killed by another cop and in Cuba/Miami FL?????🤭🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
lier
Mission failed we’ll get them next time
Here we go a monarch farewell on tax payers time
There are real accidents and then there are stupid accidents. On this one we do not know all the details. From Life experience though a lot of us have come across people who want a reputation of being a badass or as someone that even tough guys must respect. They want to be revered as such among their fellows in their fraternities. It takes more than a uniform ,medals and certifications to be a true soldier or Cop. A lot of good and brave people languished away in places like Andersonville, The Bataan Death March and countless POW camps stripped of dignified trappings but never the dignity within. They return and are called Civilians . Some may work in Law enforcement others in white collar and blue ( non police)collar jobs. I had Uncles who were combat decorated Veterans who said Yes Dear to their Wives and worked in major Corporations and in produce and Landscape (manure) supplies. One of My Uncles was a real trick shooter with a shotgun . Because of that He was chosen and assigned as a aerial gunnery instructor in the Army Air Corps during WW2. In the Military there are many live fire training accidents , or at least there were in those days. It happen’s when large numbers of people who have little or no experience with Guns must be rapidly trained to meet demands. For kids growing up under strict parental and National Rifle Association firearms instruction it is drilled into You that You do not know everything until You inspect yourself. Always open the firearm and make sure it is unloaded before handing it to another . Never point a gun at anything unless you mean to shoot. Upon accepting a firearm from another always open it and inspect it to be sure it is unloaded. Being Instructor’s they knew these rules. When doing hand to hand combat instruction dummy weapons are used. The lives are too valuable and the investment in training too great to risk them to loss. Just make sure that after bragging about saving lives you don’t needlessly take them.
Lies he got shot by cartel .
Give up your 2nd amendment. Let the government with guns protect you.
These agents are all issued automatic M4s
So before we get into the conspiracy theories about being shocked twice, it wouldn't take much if there was an accident in the gun he was using was on Auto fire
Allahu akbaaar
Was it religious extremeism ? They love this tragedy
You should give this much coverage when border patrol are attacked by those crossing illegally
I am so sorry to hear this. My condolence to the family. Jesus is coming back, please repent daily and seek God to live eternity with him.
Don't care about the office, just tell us how he was shot twice by accident. What risks is there in a gun range that causes someone to get shot twice in the chest?
Alec Baldwin was trained at this facility.
You're chances of running into an armed and under-trained CBS agent is significantly higher than running into an armed Alec Baldwin. Might as well leave him out of this.
I guess we have to wait and see what really happened .RIP.
The Lord works in mysterious ways,
Miami police can’t shoot they’re just there for a check. A regular civilian has better gun discipline than those Ricky Ricardo Miami vice wannabees.
