Everything I have heard about real exercises involving the F-22 gets called "seal clubbing". Your tactic of sneaking up on the enemy and killing them at close range is beloved of '22 pilots.
As it happens, the greatest aces of every nation of both world wars discovered basically the same thing - 4 out of their every 5 kills were made against an enemy that was completely unaware of their presence. Getting in a turning fight was the last thing anyone with a brain wanted to do, and was as like to lead to death as victory. The F-22 and F-35 lean into this notion: see your enemy, don't be seen, kill without recourse.

I love the mig shot down footage - really shows the perspective from the other side. One minute you felt invincible, then suddenly the RWR lit up and the party was over for you.
The maniacal laugh gets me every time 🤣🤣 I think I like to see more videos like this, an aircraft compilation kills, trolls, shenanigans and best moments. Keep up the good work GS, love from Iraq.

The best mass-produced fighter, absolutely. IMO the Raptor and the Black Widow were on equal footing and it's a damn shame the US didn't decide to get both.
As well as getting fast very quickly with the power of absurd thrust to weight ratio. It also can fly fast efficiently (super cruise, no after burner).
Pretty sure the Airforce is working on it. They already have a F22 being used as a Gen 6 testbed with an experimental mirror like paintjob for stealth and also installed electronic compatibility upgrades.
I dunno why, but that raptor flyby with the troop column at the end--it reminded me of a killer whale hanging with a boat for a bit before moving on. You know, boater says, "Holy moly, look! An orca! Woohoo!!" Orca smiles and replies, "Hey, we cool. Laters!" And like that the orca is gone.

Thr DCS graphics looks so realistic, I can even see the trees swaying and moving. Amazing vids and dogfights. 👍 Hoping BMS 4.38 and future updates reaches this level of graphics someday.
