Requiem in memoriam Josquin Desprez - Jean Richafort (Dulces Exuviae - Romain Bockler, Bor Zuljan)

Josquin Desprez died on 27th August 1521. Jean Richafort wrote this heavenly hommage to the great master eleven years later, in 1532.
With this composotion we adore we also wanted to pay hommage to the great Josquin on the 500th anniversary of his death, to whom we dedicated also our first album "Josquin - Adieu mes amours", Ricercar - Outhere Music (lnk.to/Adieu_m...)

To know the almost orchestral abundance and richness of the performance by the fantanstic Huelgas Ensemble and consequentely listeniing to this two-person version, i tend to prefer the latter. Its amazing'how well the composition stands up and thrives in the hands and voice of Zuljan and Boickler, this is how basic and real great music gets and it is wonderful. Hats off, great, great work guys. Inspiring and greater than life.

Prekrasna glasba! Stara glasba me navdušuje že nekaj časa in v zadnjem letu sem začela igrati renesančno lutnjo, vendar muzikologija ni moje profesionalno področje in imela sem težave z iskanjem informacij, materialov ali učitelja v sloveniji ali v slovenskem jeziku. Imate morda kakšne napotke, ki bi mi lahko bili v pomoč?
