This was magnificent! Your filming, editing, and sound are unique and so enjoyable to watch. Thank you for taking us along on another challenging adventure.
Yes, scenery is good. But what was best was Belen's facial expression and body language when Tristan was talking about splitting. She was constantly looking at him with love. And when Tristan said that they would meet after one day, her face and smile fully expressed how happy she was. :) Just some observations. And many thanks for sharing such experience, very inspirational indeed.
my eyes are just amazed from the amount of beautiful landscapes they saw, amazing video editing makes me so happy. thank you for the efforts you make to bring those videos to us
Gonna do this route in 3 weeks and just found your video. You guys are so incredible! Hope Ill be fine with rigid fork and 2.6 inch tires!? Greetings from Germany and stay blessed!❤
Awesome!! The lighter you are, the better your ride will be. We rode with rigid forks and narrower tires but 2.6” will be so sweet on those downhills. Riding tubeless? Enjoy the trip!
@@tristanbogaard Thanks so much for answering! Tubeless in only the rear.😁 Hoping for nice weather. Also, we're starting from Mayrhofen, so the beast climb to start with. Was the best train connection for us.✌️
Thanks, we just love this route! And this was the scouting trip back in June 2019, when we didn’t ride the Outbacks yet. Just had to wait with the upload until Komoot was ready for launch 👍🏼
Hey Tristan, awesome to see you riding in my hood and beautiful framing of nearly every shot, like always ;) I'm the least to judge you for it, cause I love wildcamping a lot myself. But I'm curious how you justify wildcamping in the alps, where it's normally always prohibited? I'm also doing it a lot, but I'm struggeling, if I should show it in my videos. Do you get some criticism or even trouble or do people just appreciate the beautiful shots, that it allows you to capture (like it should be)? Greats, Peter :)
Thanks, Peter! I hope you’ll give the Zillertal Trail a try this summer! I don’t often receive criticism as I think the way in which I portray my videos shares a responsible sentiment. I just hope they inspire people to do the right thing.
Hi @@tristanbogaard, thank you for exciting video :) One question: is camping allowed there or prohibited? I plan to ride Zillertal trail this year and I collect advices.
Yeah, we did it clockwise. Doing it the other way around could work, but the satisfaction level is going to depend on if you like pushing your bike up, or down. Personally I’d always suggest clockwise for the best descends and least tough climbs… but it’s hard either way!
Lovely video again, thanks guys. Belén, where do you get these shirts? My wife loves them and seeks something similar for bike packing. A little hint would be much appreciated, thanks.
Thank you! In fact, Belén has been trying to find these shirts for sale again but not a single clothing shop is selling them right now. Perhaps we’ll start our own product line one day!
Definitely on the heavy side! Probably about 15-20kg. I’d highly recommend bringing light luggage and at least a hardtail mountain bike that’s also not too heavy to lift. The route is brutal, but more manageable with those precautions!
Incredible edits, and a beautiful route. Nice work!!

It’s my pleasure. I’m excited to see who’ll tackle the Zillertal Trail this 2022 summer!

Wow, what a ride, amazing scenery; probably one of your best ones yet. It'll be difficult to better this video.
We’re about to start out a long ride in Kyrgyzstan… so maybe it’ll get better still ;)
Epic scenery ❤
Outstanding work!
Thank you! This was a tough one to make. So happy to hear the positive feedback!
great video once again guys!! and amazing scenery...
That’s the Zillertal Trail! Brutal yet beautiful!
@@tristanbogaard these views pay back a lot more...
This isn't a bikepacking series. It's a love story.
So true.
Amazing content and the pans from the passes are stunning. This was a cross-fit route!
Bike question: where are the Tout Terrains?

@@MichaStokowski of course not. wild camping is not allowed anywhere in austria.

You did the route clockwise, right ? Any cons to do it counterclockwise ?
