This was a reunion pretty much for them after 7 years apart and 8 years after their biggest hit so not shocking the crowd didn't know them very well.
Well they weren't even popular anymore at all and the people there werent even there for 3rd Bass, they were just there because a show was going on
Besides the fact they played the west stage on Thursday afternoon. Only a few hours after tge gates even opened lol. I was 40 yards from the stage laying I'm the grass 🤣

Late reply--but this is the trueset comment in this comment section. Legendary. Pity they both went behind the scenes after their solo LP's, they were fucking classics, T-Roy's production was DOPE on Return Of The Product and Dust To Dust was just a fantastic, savage record. Is there still no love lost between Pete and Serch? They seem to almost ZERO chemistry on stage, even though the concert is dope (apart from the huge stage--not good for a "two-turntables and a microphone" group with no frills. Which I respect..there's just too much space!
And I'm looking my hardest but I can't see anyone in the crowd singing along...these dudes are legends...
Lol can you remember that MTV Sports where they had Serch and Run DMC playing (American) football against House Of Pain and Serch nearly got into a fight with Everlast (who looked fucking shook, lol, Serch look TALL--he had a good 4 inches and at least 30-40lbs on Everlast, lol!). It was a regular show on MTV in the mid-nineties, he guy who presented it, Dan , something...Dan Vettriano?! I dunno.

Not sure what sport he played and I wish I still had the VHS--I mentioned it on one of the Gas Face videos on here, and ONE GUY remembered the episode--but he INSISTED that Everlast was the aggressor and that SERCH looked shook! I was like "nah mate, you are absolutely, 100% mis-remembering it"--I'd lent the tape to my boy back in the day as I always used to, and after the other guy's comment I asked my man "Do you remember..." and he was like "'Course I do, Everlast was shitting himself!", lol. I look for the clip now and again...maybe I should google Dan Vettriano!

Pete Nice might be good on record but MC Serch massively over shadowed him here. He's a pretty talented MC, working the crowd - gets a dead crowd on board the show. Possibly should have continued 3rd Bass as his own project, there was a lot more music there to be explored. Missed opportunities

I was a teenager, 15 at this time, so this was like my era, I guess. At the time, the only white rappers who were big (or relevant) were Em for sure, and ICP. 99-01 was ICPs heyday, plus their beef with Em was huge at this time. Everlast sorta made a comeback around this time but wasn't like a huge success, but he was somewhat popular.

Thanks for uploading this! I LOVE 3RD BASS... but this was really bad. No Daddy Rich? Unnecessary/Annoying F-Bombs all over the place... The "guest" MCs from the crowd were killin' it and quickly got shot down by Serch? Still SOME hope for a 2014 3rd Bass Reunion... but I recently read about Pete's legal issues. Long Live 3rd Bass!
