You execute the flight from the cockpit while using FSRecorder, which records all the control and instrument configurations, position and velocity information, and other variables of the flight scenario including traffic. Play it back in the desired view and record to AVI using FRAPS.

First I recorded the flight with FsRecorder using the Cockpit view (see other video). After that I played back that FsRecorder recording with this wing view.

Use [S] button to switch to one of the onboard views, then press [A] to get the perspective wanted.
