Hi everyone! This CFAS overview video was long overdue and will absolutely help you crush any hypothetical question you face in your job interviews. Good luck!!!
On the job hunt now, and I just don't get many callbacks for all the effort and applications I put out into the world. Really frustrating, and when I finally got to talk with someone, I realized how out of practice I was when it came to dealing with someone else in an interview setting
@Deraphim, I know it is really tough out there, all I can tell you is to keep going!! While you are applying, getting referred and networking, continue to make a little bit of time each day/week to practice your interview skills. Good luck!!
@cindyphan3565, I have done 32 videos where I cover a hypothetical question with a sample answer. I recommend looking at my Q&A playlist and my AI playlist, these should really help for specific answers. And my open-ended questions playlist will dive deeper into how to use frameworks.
Follow up question to your response - Could you elaborate on do i need to be honest about being a fresher with 6 months of internship in my resume and on call with them or should i over exaggerate or lie somewhere tactically to improve my chances as some people fake it till make it.. or honesty is the best policy ? Your wisdom about it...
Jeff As every hypothetical question is different and obviously have different framework concepts, finding it hard to remember the framework concepts (and their order) while navigating the solutions breaking down each of the concepts. Is it ok to have a google doc open (with screenshared) and keep noting what we have said as framework concepts which can come handy while going over the solutions part?
@vishnuvivekanand4471, I always recommend keeping a cheat sheet down below, definitely not a screen share. This video should help- ruclips.net/video/D0WNydptJXA/видео.html
Also, is it recommended to take 2-3 mins to gather our thoughts before answering hypothetical questions as a whole construct may need to be painted in the mind and there appears to be very little room for error too
@stephaniexu6383, I ask the first question (pause), then if they answer, I will pause after the following questions. If they do not answer the first question, then you can say something like "I have a few additional questions," then you group your questions.
@@stephaniexu6383 I never count on Recruiters to understand interview questions and answers. I know this is harsh, but when reflect back to my time as a Recruiter, I didn't know! It is a great learning, use CFAS for hypothetical questions and if they say, I want an example, say, great, and provide them with an example!
@mohibquadri4053, 100% possible, look for more entry level positions and make sure you are focused on jobs that align well with your experience and education. And don't worry too much if a job asks for 2-3 years of experience, still go after it, good luck!!

Thanks for sharing that. It really illustrates how we could use the CFAS framework to answer hypothetical questions, super helpful!
@thuyetle6544, awesome, glad you found this CFAS video helpful!

nice insight; thanks!
@msysmilu23, awesome, this is an important video!
Thanks for this. Can you please give us an example answer using this framework? Thanks again.

@vishnuvivekanand4471, I recommend taking up to 1 minute. This is challenging and requires practice! 2-3 minutes is too long.
@@jeffhsipepi - Thanks
When you're asking clarifying questions, do you ask them all in one go, or do you ask them one by one so that the interviewer can respond right away?

Is it possible to get a 1 year experience job as fresher.. how to do it effectively and get hired ?
