Hi Jeff, I received an offer for Sr. TAM from G in Sept/Oct right after they lifted the hiring freeze. Your videos were crucial. Just wanted to say thanks!
Hi Jeff! I watched and followed your videos closely when preparing for interviews and eventually received an offer from Google Singapore! Thank you soo much for these informative and useful videos, appreciate it!!
@adityaprakash5837, I think what you are asking is about decision making in regards to culture? With stakeholders, it can hurt revenue, but it can also hurt opportunities to build the broader business with a client, have that client as a reference client, have great use cases to share with other customers. I am not 100% sure I am answering your question?
@@adityaprakash5837 It is really important to me that I am being helpful, I am still a little confused by both comments and I would love to help. If you can restate your question(s), I might be able to be more helpful.
I always manage to find your videos only after my interview is done LOL. I wish i learnt about STAR before my interview, i kind of didnt give a structured answer. If only i watched your video, i would have used STAR and maybe used this framework to give a better answer. Hope its not too costly for me :)
I've been waiting for 1.5 months for VP/headcount approval. I've been team matched / HC before the layoffs, however, my recruiter does not know anything since the VP still didn't approve or reject the application. Any clue what is going on? What are my chances?
Tech Beauty, so many unknowns in the world of Google these days. Just make sure you are continuing to check in with your Recruiter and continue to stay upbeat and positive in all your communications with them, good luck!
Hey Jeff, I interviewed for a Google STEP internship (from US) a couple days ago and I have been forwarded to HC. What are my chances of landing an offer? I am just anxious and worrying if I might be rejected from this stage. What usually happens in case of interns?
Zwischenzug, you probably won't like this answer, but there is nothing you can do, but wait! You have controlled the part you can control by doing great in the interviews! Come back and let us know what happened!
@@jeffhsipepi I see. Thanks Jeff. I was just wondering what usually happens to candidates for interns in this stage? What percentage actually land an offer?
@@zwischenzug910 Nobody can give you a percentage answer because it depends on the role, number of candidates, business priorities, etc. All of these items are 100% out of your control, good luck!

Decisions making have improved responsibility. And speed up the results
@bayou__, yes and your ability to articulate the positive results of the decisions you made will be critical to success in these answers!
Does CFAS mean Clarify, Follow up, Assumptions & Solution ?
@rhythmaniac_, C.F.A.S. (Clarify, Framework, Assumptions, Solution(s)). Watch this video - ruclips.net/video/jGYZiwmU1TM/видео.html, it should help!
When dealing with -ve culture , how to tie that with stakeholders ( other than how its bringing down income) ?
