She spent a significant amount of time putting the video together, and she deserves to be appreciated; but, the ungrateful snippers brigade only comments on Covey, not Convoy. Thank you for the remarkable finding ( Covey, not Convoy). NASA needs people like you for their next space programme, patahtic!
I really like all that you share here. As a creative entrepreneur, all that you share can absolutely be applied to my creative business and also to my personal life and to all of our personal lives.❤
Lateral Thinking very important for nowadays' changeful world. Framework thinking is thinking in the boxes. Lateral Thinking is thinking out of the boxes. We need both. But people tend to be undertrained in Lateral Thinking.
Putting framework thinking in a box is thinking in boxes. You can use multiple frameworks and flex the frameworks to support lateral thinking (I.e. they are not mutually exclusive)
@wintermatherne2524 Good news for you! Many people lack lateral thinking to deal with ambiguity and a lateral world. Framework thinking not hard to learn, same like thinking in the boxes normally easier than thinking off the boxes
Many people focus on their fingers instead of the moon. There's a spelling error related to Steven Covey, but it's not a major issue. Thank you, Kara Ronin, for the informative and excellent video!
Hi, I find that senior leaders at my client companies do not understand what a strategy is! They mistake procedure steps for strategy. Can you please make a video on what a strategy is?

I have them all, that is why I have a big degree of rejection. towards fixed-mindset and surface -divergent thinkers, I see their level, methods and is simply not my "cup of tea". I tell them that they are to stupid for me and they still hang with the hope for what ?
Good topic and content, but your modulation in presentation is not really connecting , what you are saying with and the title you gave ..seems reading from a screen near camera, I'll suggest you say dynamically those natural memory lag gaps give space and gap for others to visualize and connect with you. I am following..
ohhh , i can not understand a lot of word and phrases so if you but translation to arabic it will be better ,at least subtitle and huge thank from egypt
I cringe each time you talk about a mental model because you're actually describing frameworks. S W.O.T is a framework. So are the 4 Ps. A mental model is a person's internal representation of how something works. It is shaped by their experiences, knowledge, and assumptions, helping them understand and navigate the world by predicting outcomes and making decisions. I have a mental model for how shopping for food works.
I bet she had no clue on how to frame this video and she googled a bunch of things, asked AI to make a presentation and she read it word for word. Next the glaring mistakes about Dwight Matrix and Stephen Convey are things that should have been caught and edited out. Shows to me a lack of attention to detail and SHE really should concentrate on the items she discusses here. I sub'd awhile back but her videos are mid to lower level quality of content.
High -level thinking?? This is sub-101. If you can’t pronounce “market models”, don’t keep trying. The whole video is so generic. A re-hash of the basics. Presented to elementary kids. A tree? So, a mind map. Brilliant!! btw, Munger is dead. Unwatchable.

Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear that you have already found use cases for this.

@ thanks! As I said use both, but lateral thinking always undertrained and under used!
Lateral thinking comes naturally to me. I need help with framework. I need to tighten up and get organized.
@wintermatherne2524 Good news for you! Many people lack lateral thinking to deal with ambiguity and a lateral world. Framework thinking not hard to learn, same like thinking in the boxes normally easier than thinking off the boxes
Thank you for the clear explanation, I liked what you presented, I used to use the SWOT and the Eisenhower matrix and they streamlined my life.
Many people focus on their fingers instead of the moon. There's a spelling error related to Steven Covey, but it's not a major issue. Thank you, Kara Ronin, for the informative and excellent video!
Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate the feedback, and I'll try to be more careful with spelling in the future!
Kara, thank you for another great video. I have used the SWOT, the 5Whys & 1H, the cause and effect analysis.
Very informative and helpful.
Like this videos please explain some more mental models through your videos. Thanks
This was so helpful-thank you! I'll try to use some of these mental models in my business call later today.

Great video about Framework Thinking. Just one note, the author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is Steven Covey, not Steven Convoy. 😊
Love the comparison, the content and the resources... Thank you
Thank you so much!
It is Covey and not Convoy
True! Ooops.
Nice, I enjoyed watching it and learning from you. I’m a designer I may be helpful of designing your presentation as a gesture.
I often use the SWOT mental model before analyzing a complex situation.
@@HanNguyen-jm6jd the Swot is great for so many situations
Hope you did not take student loan to attend College to learn all those nonsense!
@@bobbypanda6685 Whether something is useful or nonsense completely depends on each individual's point of view.
So far I have enjoyed and learned a great deal from this. There is one glaring mispronunciation, you have called Stephen Covey as Steven"CON-VOY"
This is worth an edit to the video to correct.
I think it’s not just a mispronunciation, they even misspelled it in the lower third text
Thanks Ronin for the video, I requested you to create it and you have done it 👏👏
Yes, you did request it. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you very much for the information. Mental models are really helpful.
I'm glad you think so!
This is almost completely content free.

You're welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful.
I like your content. Although, for an OC like me, I just noticed a typo on ‘prolem solver.’ And who is Dwight D. Matrix and Stephen Convoy?
Hi, I find that senior leaders at my client companies do not understand what a strategy is! They mistake procedure steps for strategy. Can you please make a video on what a strategy is?
Mmmm. That's a great topic. Procedure vs strategy.
Great & thanks for sharing 👍
You're welcome!
Very well 🎉
Thank You
Well delivered, thanks!
Thanks! I'm happy you found it helpful.
Love the video theme. I will implement it into my system. Thank you Kara Ronin
I'm so glad you like this Fazal!
Loved the video. What do you think about the Productive Thinking Model from Tim Hurson?
Thank you so much. I'll have to look into that one. I'm not familiar with it. Have you used it? Have you found it helpful?

6:26 - It's Stephen Covey not Stephen Convoy.
it is actually a mind mapping by tony buzan right ?
Took a while to get into it
Super clear and interesting!
Thank you so much!
Interesting
You can wear dark jacket with color it will bring contrast in your video.
Thanks for the tip.
Wonderful content 👏
Thank you 🙌
Let all the viewers be Happy Healthy Wealthy and Godly
Stephen Convoy🤔
Oh, he's a father of Steven Convoy jr. 😅
This video is completely not what I thought it would be 😂

Thanks for your feedback! I'll keep this in mind for future videos.
Who is Stephen Convoy?
It must be Stephen Covey, what minute did she said it?
Lol. 6:26. Right 👍. The Teleprompter must have had a glitch 👍

Woow

Its actually Stephen R. Covey.
framework access
Dwight Matrix & Stephen Convoy surely thought this video was not that accurate 😂
ohhh , i can not understand a lot of word and phrases so if you but translation to arabic it will be better ,at least subtitle and huge thank from egypt
It’s Steven Covey please not Steven Convey or Convoy but thank you for the informative video.
Yes, but systems/ framework thinking is kindergarten.
I'm interested in working as a strategist with the board, not a director.
Charlie Munger passed away months ago…
Hey Kara, the last person I would like to hear from you would be Charlie Munger, we are tired of this name in RUclips 😅
WHO IS DWIGHT D. MATRIX??? 😂😂😂
Was Matrix a President of the United States ? Sounds liken an AI glitch to me …
What's a "prolem" (pronounced: problem)
LOL😂
(Point 4 of "advantages...")
