Ukwa adighi eye eye is false.. I HV never cooked my ukwa and it took time or without ide ede... Dnt cook the ukwa in cold water.. boil your hot water first then you add the ukwa.. it softens it fast... I don't use akawu or potash.. it neutralized the nutrient in the food

You are a TRUE Igbo Woman just like Flo Chinyere ( of Agulu Enu/ Adazi Enu Town of Anambra State ). You Both know how to FIX Igbo Meals. Please keep putting up as many Igbo Recipes as you can think of. We value what you and Flo Chinyere do........I live in California, USA but I learnt how to make Egusi Soup with Goat/Lamb Meat from you and Flo Chinyere. Now I make Egusi Soup every week.
Back in Nigeria, we Boys were and still are NOT taught Domestics. It is very important. Back in Nigeria the ONLY thing I knew how to fix was Hot Water for Bournvita, Nido for Breakfast. I did NOT even know how to make Bread used to drink the Bournvita.
Please you and Flo Chinyere should show us HOW to MAKE Bread Loaves. Like Agulu Enu Breads ( Ejidike bread, Our Ladies Bread etc )
I am from Ekwulobia, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.
