I had one more question can I take calcium with magnesium and vitamin k along with my vitamin d I’m already taking? To better absorb my vitamin d? The reason I’m asking because my bones still ache even though I’m taking my vitamin d3 and I’m thinking I’m not doing something right... I don’t know what to do to make it less achy... thank you for your response!

Those are all good to take however, Calcium is over-rated. Its use is essential in pre-teen, teen and early 20s from what I have read. You should make sure your achy bones is not from something else!

The purpose of doing this specific video was to bring awareness to the general public on the importance of the right amount of Vitamin D. 1000 units is not enough in my opinion. Your body ache can be from Vitamin D deficiency while other factors may also cause the ache. Be careful also as not all Vitamins are the same. My general view is to take the supplement you are taking at the sufficient dose and redo your test in 12 weeks; if hardly any change, then you are NOT taking a good enough supplement.

I had been asking my doctor for quite some time if I can get a vitamin deficiency test and he told me that was “just a trend” long story short I’ve been in pain for about four months rib cage pain in chest pain and my heart and lung test came out fine. I got a new Doctor Who did vitamin testing on me and my vitamin D level came out to be 27!
She told me to take a 10,000 UI of vitamin D3 with K2 for one month.
In your opinion could my low vitamin D because in the all these aches and pains?
Now I am so worried that I hurt myself by being so low without knowing.
