    • @DrSusanBrown
      @DrSusanBrown  2 года назад +1

      Hello! Dr. Brown typically recommends that people have a vitamin D level of 50-60 ng/mL. For every 1000 IU increase in the vitamin D you're taking, your score will go up around 10. Be sure to increase your vitamin D IU enough to get you to 50 or 60. As for vitamin K, Dr. Brown recommends taking 180-200 mcg of MK-7 per day.

    How long does it take for the body to be depleted of Vitamin D?

    • @endgamep
      @endgamep 11 месяцев назад +1

      Its depleating pretty fast. 2 months without strong sun or supplement will aproximatly half your levels (from 40 to 20 etc.) Even 1 month without anything can be 30-40% loss. When it gets really low, like 15ng/ML, futher depletion will go much slower.
