    Stress Hormones: When we experience pressure, our bodies release stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. While these hormones help us respond to immediate threats, chronic exposure can lead to various health issues, including anxiety and sleep problems.⁣

    Physical Symptoms: Pressure can manifest physically, causing headaches, muscle tension, digestive issues, and even heart problems. It’s a reminder that our mental and physical health are deeply interconnected.⁣

    Behavioral Changes: Under pressure, people might resort to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as overeating or smoking.⁣
    Social Relationships: Pressure can strain relationships, as individuals may become more withdrawn, irritable, or less communicative. ⁣

    It’s okay to feel pressure, but with the right strategies, you can turn it into a driving force for success! ⁣
