These look wonderful, but they look almost burned. I’ve seen other bakeries. Bake them this long, and it seems to me like they would taste a lot better being golden brown rather than dark brown. Can you tell me the reason for this?
From my perspective they are not dark 😇 cardamom buns - yes, they tend to be very bright, but cinnamon buns look like a typical colour from my experience.
