Pretty good. Would be nice to see how the high low gear selection works. Does it move sleeves onto the the gears 1-4 that you pointed out to increase the ratio and therefore speed?
Hi I have a 2012 cascadia ultrashift 860000 miles. The new a Clutch I changed 30 days ago Run oky. Now when I turn on ignition no any faults and gear is N. if I check transmission for fault show 25. but when I start a truck. After 2-4 seconds I have check transmission light on a dash and show code spn 788 fmi 12. I have blinking F N on a gear gauge. Can be bad electronic clutch actuator? or some harness ? and how to check a power to ECA Thank you
how much do the assembled main shaft cluster, countershaft cluster and the auxiliary clusters weigh each? I plan to be a mad man and swap in an eaton rto-610 in my old pickup with a gas v8 powering it lol
Nice. What do u recommend for street and stip application. I have a 12.7 kinda suped up with a super 10 and 410 rears. I had a direct 13 and man did it fly. But sucked on the highway. That's why I went back to my super 10. But I'm looking to go to a Eaton 9 speed rtx model for a dumptruck. Drove my dad s and really liked it. (My dad just needs the power that I have. Are there any upgrades to the trans gearing for a 9? I know my cuz has a reg 10 trans with 5 gear being at the bottom. He got the 10 gear upgraded. To where it's not a double overdrive trans. Thanks
I have a 15sp with deep reduction..had a noise in the top 2 gears 14 and 15 like a chatter sound ..took it to my mechanic he got a trans guy in and rebuilt the aux part of the trans .got the truck back and after 2 days had the same noise again in the top 2 gears coming through the gearshift..I was told by my mechanic it's something else then and not the trans ..I am at a loss here .It shifts smooth and shifts proper and when i put it in 14 and press the pedal it makes a chatter sound ,when i back off of the throttle the noise almost goes away ..does the same in 15 gear .The chatter is at any speed I am driving in 14 and 15 ..any ideas
Mike Cecil yes sir. Found out the hard way about 2 months ago. Finally wore out and whole clutch blew up while backing up one night. Cost me about $400 and a weekend lol
Those small gears? I believe those are called sleeve clutch gears, basically a fork sits on top of those smaller gears(this is what your stick shift controls from inside the cab of the vehicle), and that fork slides the SC gear into the underside of (for example) the 4th gear. Making it the gear that is now engaged for transferring torque towards the output shaft, down the driveline of the vehicle. Hope that clarifies your question.
@@ravenserpent31 No, but thank you for the answer. In my question 2 weeks above I had in mind just the gear, not sliding clutch. But now I alredy know what is it. The second raw gears are for PTO only.
Constructive criticism: Sound... drop the sound track. Preferably film when someone isn't beating the shit out of something with a 3 lb. hammer. You got a total cluster f*÷& of sound going here. Also, would have liked an explanation of the rear a little more.
I have 1 more test man...T3..failed this test 3 times now. Need that raise sonny! Thanks for thr info

“JRod’s shooting a video?” “Let’s get the hammers out!!” 😂😂😂
Is it tough to change the gear level housing assembly?
Hi! I m from Canada . Have 2007 FLD classic with eaton automatic transmission. Sometimes dont take any gear. Just flush service. Wt could be problem?
Is the eaton fuller 10 speed manual come with a filter?

The main box is falling apart. Just rebuilding the A section is literally not worth it
What would cause it to kick itself out of the same gear in both low and high? I.e 4th and 9th. Different gear but in same position.
The front sliding clutch is Worn out in the front fork

What is the second raw gears? Which is between 4 and OD?
