you built the mainshaft wrong. the revers gear is upside down and you forgot the reverse washer.

Why is it that some folks feel the need to make an "instructional" video with a noisy background? The music isn't bad, but the shuckin and jivin is. If those clowns worked in my shop, they'd be sent back to McDonalds...
