would've been butchered on systems like MD or SNES. Saturn...maybe, but probably not what fans wanted. Porting Batsugun over to Saturn was the better choice.
lightsouthaha Good luck with that, the machine was only ever released in Japan. And this is the company that brought us "the full extent of the jam"...
Funny thing is, the three bosses you fight in the rock 'em sock 'em robots segment actually have unique attack patterns if you don't get the mech... but why would you do that?
why do you say that? I always thought it was super basic aside from the final boss fight. it was never like every consecutive cave shooter which had some goofy gimmicky mechanic to it aside from muchi muchi pork (although i enjoy them all).
That opening sound effect sounds sick! Whenever I hear it, my jaw drops to the floor!
This is one of the craziest Shmups you'll ever play!! It's so BADASS!!
That wholee mech section was just awesome.

it's a crime this game never got a home port
bro it got ported on the sega mini astrocity v mini arcade machine !
@@ianswift3521 I mean, this game really should've had a port on console back in the day is what I'm saying. It could have run great on the Saturn.

Which version is this? This one respawns upon death.
