Every time I see your coaster credits number, I am insanely jealous! But I was so happy to get back on some rides this year after 2020 was a bust (I hadn't NOT been on a roller coaster in a Summer since 1990. My first real coaster was Big Bad Wolf in 1991, I was 10, and every summer made sure I had my coasters. Channels like yours made 2020 go by easier, but I will admit, I almost cried when I went on my first coaster of 2021 after not riding one since 2019). These creations are things of beauty!
I was at Valleyfair for the first time this past Saturday. Renegade blew me away, and having no knowledge of it prior and not being able to see the drop off the lift hill, I would say: Wow. Also, that first drop off of High Roller in the back, just over the crest (maybe a third of the way down) = some of the coolest and most surprising “butterflies in my stomach” off of a drop in a while. It was also neat to have the flyovers from the Air Expo taking place at the airport just by the park as well.
Me and my son literally hit Steel Curtain for the first 3 times yesterday. We both enjoyed it way more than we even expected too. That is really the most unique coaster a park like Kennywood could have chosen to build and I give them so much credit for having the guts to try a hyper, with 9 inversions, a lift hill that actually kinda scares me, an inversion 197 feet up, a few decent airtime hills to boot, a bonkers theme, a layout that I have ridden 3 times, filmed and watched from so many great close angles, and yet I still cannot figure out where the train is in the layout at any given time whether im riding or filming !? For all the gimmicky stuff though it is still a big, fast, and tall powerhouse that really compliments Phantoms Revenge well. Great 1-2 punch. Both surprisingly front row coasters I think. Curtain has a weird vibration in the back and Phantom gets way more "yonking" on those bunny airtime hills coming coming up outta the valley IMO.
I agree with thoughts on Steel Curtain. All reports I heard it was average and most enthusiasts didnt like it so I went in expecting a mediocre coaster but it blew me away. The only negative I had was the super slow dispatches
From what I can gather in the makings of Curtain they wanted a more graceful than forceful coaster. Draves said he didn't prefer sustained high Gs in an interview about the ride and a KW mgmt said they vetoed bunny hills where there is straight track over the lagoon. Overall I loved it, only got on it a few days back. Then again, i could only get one ride
Congratulations on visiting all the Cedar Fair parks! I'm going to my first one soon - Carowinds! Cedar Point and Kennywood are definitely top of my list to visit
It does have some better airtime moments. I rode both within a week. ST blew me away, as did the Voyage. But Voyage is definitely a more complete ride.

Have you done Jersey Devil?
So happy you went to adventureland!
3:55 Airtime Myke would ride this FREE SPIN LOVER
Okay, so. I have a question. If I were to ride a relocation, but It was relocated to the same park just a different area, could I count it as a new credit?
I draw the line at relocations within the same park....i do not count those as new credits. But if it changes parks, i do
@@AirtimeThrills guess I can't get that Michigan's adventure self relocated credit 😪
ok I really need to know. Coaster Studios, ElToroRyan and Airtime Thrills have all pretty much done the same coaster road trip within weeks of each other. Is this a coincidence or did all of you get together to plan this?
What do you think they put on the bricks that people buy at Indiana Beach, if they want to donate anonymously and don’t want recognition for their support?
You can put whatever message on the brick you want
