AIR FRYER PHILLY CHEESESTEAK STUFFED SHELLS

Ingredients
jumbo shell pasta, cooked aldente
Thin sliced steak
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 cup ricotta cheese (8oz)
1/4 cup flour (57g)
2 cups milk (16oz)
5 Tbsp butter, unsalted (75g)
1 1/2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded (12oz)
● You can substitute any cheese you like
Finely chop 1/2 of your steak, 1/2 of your onion and 1/2 of your pepper and add them to a bowl with the ricotta cheese, mix well
Thinly slice the remaining steak, onion and pepper and set aside
Stuff your pasta shells with the ricotta mixture
In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter
Add the flour and mix well for about 1 minute to get rid of any raw flour flavor
Add your milk and bring to a boil, stirring continually until it starts to thicken
Add your shredded cheese and turn off the heat
Pour some cheese mixture into the bottom of your greased baking dish, spread out evenly
Add your stuffed shells
Cover with the remaining cheese mixture
Air fry at 400°F/200°C for 15ish minutes.. you want it golden brown and bubbly on top
Enjoy!!

I love Philly cheesesteak. And guess what, I love pasta too! This looks so delicious. I would totally ate this if Jessie would eat it too. @@anniessmokingpot Years ago I got tobasco in my eye, I was taking off the cap to clean. I don’t even use it, but I was cleaning. Horrific experience! I rinsed with water. Scary, but I was ok! A seed would be worse 😱

Annie be careful using green peppers in a Philly cheese steak. Philadelphia hard-core cheese steak lovers may get offended. For me I like the green peppers. I have to say this recipe is right up my alley 👍👍👍

I love Philly Cheesesteak but never seen it made it into stuffed shells. Looks good. LOL you got one good eye. 😂Stop the camera rolling and rinse your eyes.
