Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips (16oz)
2 cups Broccoli (16oz)
1/2 each red, orange and green bell pepper
1/2 onion, I used a sweet onion
1 1/2 cup bean sprouts (12oz)
Stir fry oil, I made my own with
2 tbsp canola oil, (30ml)
1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
1/2 tsp each garlic paste and ginger paste (2.5g)
MARINADE: mix in a bowl
1/4 cup hoison (2oz/60ml)
2 tsp garlic paste or minced (10g)
1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
1 tbsp soy sauce (15ml)
1 tsp ginger paste (5g)
1/4 cup water (2oz/60ml)
Place the steak in the marinade while you prep and cook the vegetables
Slice the peppers and onion and place in a bowl with the Broccoli
Toss with the stir fry oil
Place on a tray or straight into your air fryer basket based on the style you have
Air fry 300°F/150°C for 10 minutes... give them a stir and test for doneness YOU WANT THEM SOFT BUT NOT SQUISHY!!!! Cont. To cook until desired consistency
Remove from the air fryer into a bowl and add your steak to the same pan
Air fry 360°F/182°C for 5 minutes
Add the vegetables in with the steak and now add your bean sprouts... give a good mix
Air fry 350°F/180°C for 5 minutes
Serve over rice
Enjoy!!!

I absolutely LOVE stir fry! All of those ingredients were perfect and I so LOVE bean sprouts. Awesome dish Annie! The beef, vegetables and the marinating process was perfectly done. Rob is the man! Love the guy and his whole family...the review crew 😉

Never thought of this idea. It sure turned out nice. Gotta have ginger. Yum. I never knew to freeze the steak first like that. My husband can't ear beef. I would try this with Chicken. I will gladly eat all those green peppers for you. 🫑🥩🧅

I haven't cooked any meals yet in my air fryer but need to try it soon. You make it seem easy to cook in it. I like stir fry but didn't know it could be made in the air fryer. Looks good Annie.

Ausome job Annie 🍜🍜🍜 I'm watching and was like thats the same veggies i used and then you had to put broccoli in it 😮😮😮 Since my camera messed up and I had to re shoot the video I made a couple of changes from my first time. I cut up the steak and marinated it the first time so this time i wanted to cook it whole. I always heard great things about Air Fryer steak and it turned out great. My other change was using a premade sauce. The first video I attempted to try and thicken the sauce with a corn starch slurry that did not work. I wanted a thick sauce that stuck to the steak and veggies. Both of them tasted great but in a air fryer i prefer using a bottle sauce. The challenge was fun and was the first video I i have done with a air fryer. This was super fun and we will have to do it again.
Ahhh thanks Doug 😊 🙏 yes Darrin wasn't too happy about the Broccoli but I have to get veggies in him somehow lol..I love the addition of carrots you used, that's a great idea...I like marinating the steak for the extra juiciness but steak in an AIR fryer is always tender!!! I can't believe this was your first air fryer meal, you did a fantastic job 👏 I'm totally down with another air fryer challenge my friend, but this time I get to choose what we make 😉 with the weather getting warmer I would even be down with a flat top challenge... just tell me what we're making lol..thank you so much dear friend for watching and doing this challenge with me 😀😃
