I chopped my spinach up a bit after cooking it in the oil ( it was easier to stuff) , and I tarted up my sauce a bit with pesto , beef bouillon , red wine and garlic and onions , it came out great !
I just made this for dinner tonight, with garlic sticks and and a green salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Thank you for all of your delicious recipes!!!! THEY ARE 🔥!

Hi AB, here's a possible tip for dried pasta that will require baking (ex: lasanga, manicotti, etc) is to pre-soak the dried pasta in lukewarm to hot water & salt- no boiling needed. The sauce in oven will continue baking the pasta with addl flavor versus plain boiling salt water. Depending on the pasta itself & amount I'm cooking I soak the pasta anywhere from 7-15 minutes. It reduces cooktime & omits another pan/boiler. Also, if you have to stuff a shell it's easier because its not as pliable as boiling it. Hope you test it 1 day and thanks for your recipes always!!!
