Learning to trust your artistic intuition in completing a painting

- As artists, we often have a preconceived notion of what the final result of a painting should be. However, the truth is that painting is a process that involves numerous brush strokes and constant decision-making. Sometimes, it's difficult to determine when a painting is truly finished. I am gradually learning to accept the imperfection of my work and become more comfortable with the idea of leaving a painting unfinished.Every detail in my old work was never left untouched, and the question of when to stop never crossed my mind. After all, I knew I would stop when my imagined idea came to life. Throughout my practice, I've slowly learned that in order to grow as an artist, you sometimes have to get uncomfortable with art making. While I'm not telling you to go out and not finish your pieces, find that "thing" that challenges you as an artist and face it head-on. My last few videos have been a documentation of following my artistic intuition, and I'm happy you're here to join.
