On the rigid bodies, how many can you simulate before it just crashes? If you could do a lot of small particles, you could do a sand/fluid simulation, and you wouldn't lose any mass.
Can you think of a way to automate setting up the contstraints? I was thinking if I had an object made of say 20 pieces, I could automatically constrain each piece to the pieces around it. Set up a springy connection, and then you would have like a mushy object. I don't know if there has to be a master parent object, or can 2 objects be constrained to each other.

i don't have this voronoi node. i am using 4.2 Lts. which version you using ?
It is the pull request #129032
