Whale carcass washes up on Mass. beach for 2nd time

Curious onlookers gathered on a Massachusetts beach Tuesday after a dead whale was found washed up on the sand and rocks. The carcass of an 11-year-old female humpback was found on a stretch of coast between Preston and Phillips beaches in Swampscott, according to police.
