I like the location, nobody's around so you can relax without being bothered . When I exercise , I try to look for a nice location with no distractions. Here in South FL there's a lot of places to go😎... I like the resistance bands because you can do so many excercises. "Pops"#truschoolsports🥊🥊

Just a filming tip: It'd be better viewing if the camera is placed BEFORE the light source (in this case the sun) as opposed to the subject (you), that way there won't be any shadows and you can see more clearly. Also keeping the camera on level with the subject gives better viewing angles, whereas in this video the camera is elevated for the most part, even when the elevation is not necessary for the movement you are executing. And putting a little distance from the subject also makes for better viewing. Sorry for the unsolicited advice, lol. Great tips! 👍

It wasn't her feet on the ground that made me click on the video, but it's nice when I see other people that are aware of earthing/grounding!!! 👍
I think barefooting is recognized as a good practice, but i don't really feel starting a lot, i don't know where and there are actually some risks, at more i'm embarassed about that, for some social conventions.
I definitely find connecting to the earth very beneficial, both physically and mentally:)

It definitely depends on the symptoms and cause. I always tell my clients you want to feel the muscles working but there should not be pain.

You can always do the same exercises with just body weight and add reps. The bands do last a while if you do end up purchasing some.
