I literally just did this before watching! I only went up to demos booked though, which is in fact definitely the limiting factor. Gonna take it even higher to get something actionable to hold the SDRs to. Thanks Matt!
Great Q - I’d factor it in at the revenue goal level. So if I think I’ll lose 5k/mo in churn and want to add 30k total to revenue, I’ll build the goals around generating 35k outta the gate
