1.The ability to empathize with your customers
(People dont care how much you know , untile they know how much you care)
.Giva damn > if your product or service is not a good fit just tell your customer and tell him where else he could find what is a good fit for him
2. The ability to uncover challenges and discover your prospect pain point
(no pain =no sale)
You maybe know how to sell but dont know how to Diagnose your prospects pain point
(try to know the gap between customer and where he want to be .then convince him that your product is the solution)
3. The ability to Handle objections
New approach( block objection not over come them )
Preempting si proactive . Handling is reactive

I might be jumpping to conclusion however i feel i'm ready to close a real high ticket product/service.
