This looks like the best way to join granny squares. I've avoided making granny square projects because joining seems tedious but now that I've seen this, I may give it a try 😊

Such a neat and tidy join, I love it. However, I think I'd call them "left loop-right loop" rather than "back loop" as I find that confusing.
