For some reason whenever I kick I can never manage to twist my leg in that motion, it goes through like a ragdoll pool noodle, idk if it’s because I’m not flexible enough or if I just don’t have the power to kick through, or maybe it’s form but I just can’t get a solid kick through.
It will get stronger over time. The pressure of the kick should be with the lower part of the shin, but the bag is wide and we do end up slapping the foot a bit. Over time you'll get stronger and it won't hurt anymore 💪
I love your form. I’m having such a hard time getting the flexibility and looseness to throw like that.
