@@HaradioAX Finding someone cute, doesn't mean you see them in a sexual way. I have a little sister, she's cute, doesn't mean I'm sexually attracted to her. That being the first thing you think says a lot about you. And yes, game Ellie is cute.

This dynamic is great. Seeing Dani silently smiling as she recognizes all of the scenes. And being silent about everything that will eventually happen with Henry and Sam. 🤫
Brian begging, being desperate/confused/don't know what to do seems really realistic, u know that his going to be killed for what he did or about to do but still, really good acting
Haha Morgan's already now so used to all the serious and sad stuff in TLOU's scary world that her confused reaction to Bella having a joke book was so hilarious to me. "Why? What is that?! What?"
Joel tried to and did scare Ellie with the talk of people when they were camping but ended up scaring himself with the thought of what they would do to Ellie way more and ended up staying awake all night 💀
Think it more the other way around, Joel mentioned what people will do to her without thinking and later regretted saying it after she brought up people not finding them and scaring her. Thus he decided to stay up so she had nothing to worry about and why the sweet sweet coffee was important that morning.
18:33 idk shooting the head seems risky considering its a smaller target than the body, or it could shoot through the head into Joel. She took the safe option shooting low there.
Wouldn't shooting low be more likely to hit Joel down on the ground? I feel like it didn't hit him because the bullet lodged in Bryan's spine or something
@@seijidaitai If you shoot center mass you have a bigger target, less likely to miss. Also when it does hit, the bullet has more meat it needs to pass through before coming out the other side. So her small handgun didn't penetrate through and through like a rifle shot probably would have. Edit: You are probably right about the bullet hitting his spine, considering he said he couldn't move his legs.
finally, some people who empathise with bryan! He attacked them unprovoked and they basicallyhad to kill him, but it's still sad to see someone so desperate, making up unbelievable lies like "we can be friends" and calling out for their mother who isn't there. I see a lot of reactors essentially go "fuck you bryan!" which seems a little harsh - who knows what/who led to him being in that situation? In his dying moments he was afraid, like most are. Joel killed innocent people in the past. Maybe Bryan could have changed too, given the opportunity.
There isn't much room for empathy in that situation. It was certainly a tough moment because he really was just a kid and was obviously terrified to die but yea fuck Bryan 😂
21:43 I think the show is trying to show the endless cycle of violence in this world. It doesnt matter who they're hunting or who killed bryan, they just want someone to point their hatred at.
"Why she aimed so low ?" Well, in real life, you will NEVER aim for the head, always the body, the chest/belly. 'Cause the head is too small to have a good shot.
This episode proved to me that this show really could have it both ways. They could do something completely brand new and still be true to the spirit of the game like we saw in episode 3, and they could also stick to the game's events quite closely and still give us damn good television, like we see in episode 4 (and 5, but we'll get there).
I just have to say it... I love how Morgan reacts and that's one reason I watch all your vids! Can't wait for you guys to see the future episodes. Much love from the Philippines ❤️
"Why are these pages stuck together?" Morgan and Sam: Ewww Dani: 😁 If people did not know Dani played the game, they would have thought she was a bit disturbed.
i liked how they showed Bill and Frank in the show, game didn't tell much about Frank, but show made him a character that you will remember from this even his screen time was kind of short and Bill too.
I'm loving the characterization between these two. Ellie's pun book that she kept from…..a spoiler for later, Joel teaching her how to properly care a gun insinuating the trust he's instilling in her, not to mention how quickly they still get in a lot of progression in despite the short runtime. They waste no time with this. The fact they even gave some depth to some of the hunters here is also a massive plus.
The one guy begging is a nod to how in the game, if you get an enemy on the ground and disarmed, he will start begging for mercy, but if you stand there for long enough or you turn your back to him he will get up and start fighting you again
I don't think Joel's 'you're cargo' line was as bad as it sounds. He's being real with her, about the world and what motivates people. He's doing this for Tess now. It would be weird for him to call her family at this point imo.
If I start about Ellie and the gun, this will turn into a long comment. So, I'm going to try not to (gun safety and training are important to me) "This looks like an old accident, I'm surprised he hasn't come across this before..." If you will notice he mentions this is *Kansas City* , as in _Missouri & Kansas_ state lines. I seriously doubt Joel has been this far west of Boston in the last 15+ years. Probably hasn't been this far west since he _arrived_ in Boston. From Boston to Kansas City by the most direct route on roads is over 1,400 miles. And in the current day, where you can just stop and get gas that's not ancient and degraded, it's over 20 hours driving. If they're having to stop to siphon gas about every hour or so as Ellie indicates, they've been on the road several days. So I'd put this maybe a week after the exit from Boston, if I'm guesstimating. So even now, Ellie and Joel have known each other for a matter of days, and it's not like they've been really open and communicative with each other. While Two and a Half Men is the only place I had significant exposure to Melanite Lynskey (Kathleen) she's been in a number of other shows.
I've seen multiple streamers suggest Joel is protecting Ellie from having to deal violence, and I'm sure that was part of it, but does no one think he was also concerned about giving a weapon to a 14 year old he just met and doesn't know if she can even aim or respect its power? I personally feel he initially was against her having it to protect himself moreso than her innocence, but I get that's how people view children.
In the game he was worried about her being careless and shooting him but in the show they have changed it so that he is more worried about her innocence. Which makes more sense because he could easily teach her proper gun safety.
Fun fact that is not so fun: In the game at the city assault escene they didnt use road spikes, they threw a freaking bus at Ellie and Joel with other things. I was hoping they would maintain that escene but this one isnt bad either

Exactly, I don't get why some folks are feeling sorry for that guy. He and his friends attacked Joel and Ellie first anyway. Bryan and his friends had it coming.
Sorry but thinking guns are scary just because you are ignorant about them is sad. If you understand basic function an gun is less dangerous than a knife I've owned multiple guns for years and the worst injuries I've had have been from cooking accidents with knives. Sorry but the truth is that soft people die like the dirty (only because its a streaky blonde) blonde on the left, at least, only get to live of everyone says so and that's maybe a couple of days after outbreak. As always I have to put a disclaimer since I liked the video an rest of the reaction. Dani's reaction at 8:14 regarding the pun book is so wholesome. As a gamer who played TLOU, I reacted the same way!
