I’ve been on topical bi-est and testosterone plus oral progesterone, porcine thyroid (like armor but compounded at 130mg dose), low dose naltrexone for autoimmune, and compounded DHEA keto 7. I just switched from the topical bi-est to an estradiol patch about 4 weeks ago, but decided to go with pellets for estradiol and testosterone, and had the pellet inserted yesterday. I’m excited to see how these work for me and a little nervous about making changes because I’ve done well. Take care!
Just discovered your channel. I love it! You mention Testosterone levels of 150-200. My bloodwork show 5-8.8 reference range. So, how to translate 150 to ng? I got a bit confused on that.

Somtimes a prior marriage or relationship has burnt-out your spouse in some areas. This is when it gets difficult.
It sure can get difficult sometimes a therapist is really helpful in these settings. 🙏
