I'm in Texas we had I love this yarn lots of variegated and cotton on clearance. Studio 72...all he silk yarn...I went to 3 HB and spent 1500 🤦🏻♀️on more yarn than I know what to do with. The hanks were beautiful 💕 the 101 is very soft, we had cotton cakes, chunky cotton. I live in a smaller town so not a lot of ppl were buying yarn, so I got very lucky! So what am going to do with all this yarn....well I love to crochet but I also love donating so I'm picking ppl who didn't get to get much Yarn this year from You tube and giving some to them. #happymail I think this year hobby lobby up here in Texas went all out and marked down a lot of different yarns.❤️
I went to two different HL in Jacksonville, Florida. Like yours, I only found two colors of U Love This Yarn marked down. There were only three colors of their ILTC. But, they had a lot more if their different baby yarn. I might go back next week to see if more of the ULTY is marked down.
Used to love going to Hobby Lobby, now the store out of my way. They are different than compeptitors, i really like that they have selection of wool and cotton yarns, for those who doent like acrylics
I don't know whether you know Rose, but it's worthwhile to watch her to see what is/was on Clearance. Our Hobby Lobby just got their truck 🚚 with clearance yarn in yesterday and started to mark and put yarn out today. So I plan on going there on Thursday and again on Monday.
do you have a tutorial on the dishcloth you was talking about with cotton on one side and scrubby on the other side??? That sounds like something I would like to make.

In the store I hit on Monday, I cleared out their merino hanks & yarn bees snuggle up. They actually did have some "I love this yarn" marked down, but only a few. I plan on hitting another before week's end. 😏
Here in California, they had no baby yarn or cotton yarn on clearance. They did have all of the hand-dyed hanks on clearance, which I don't care for. Lots of the furry, fuzzy yarns on clearance. I did get some good bargains but really wish there had been some options in the Love this Cotton yarn. I verified with them that they were done marking down.
I would do two rows of one color and then two rows of the other color. That way it will look like you are using one color. However, you have to decided what look you are going for.

That thicker baby yarn, makes cute easter baskets--that's what i did with last years as I only had a couple random skeins.

I was able to get some great cotton yarns at the HL in Ocala. But I was good and left some behind !
It is just starting now is the time to go daily
