But is the wing strong enough when it’s joined together at the middle with only CA glue? Not even a carbon fiber spar 😧!

Camera angle should be improved? Top view would work better

I bought 3 planes from 3DLabPrint but will not be supporting them anymore because the designs just keep getting crappier. The BF109 is a good design and has spars for wing support, but the rest don't and CA glue alone is not going to hold those wings.

What layer height is applied to this 3d-print? How long took the print procedure for the whole plane?

I started printing mine. The wing alone is 200 hour print or so. 0.2 mm layer height. If you have a Prusa Mk 3 you might be able to print quicker as you can print faster and with 0.25 layer height.

Do the ducts under the wing go opposite for each side or was this a mistake?..

HAhah good spot. Yes, they should be symmetrical on the MkIX.

What kind of filament is used for this 3d print as well what kind of glue? Thanks!! ☺️

Cyano based glue, I think any PLA filament will do.

wondering if PETG would be a better choice as it's more durable

Wouldn’t you know it.....run out of accelerator right when I’m ready to join the two wing halves...😢

Also, anyone printed and hit the skies with this one? I’d be interested in your motor/esc/battery setup 👍

The wing should’ve been connected with a Carbon rod for transportation
