i usually find that soprano ukuleles are the cheapest, probably because they're the smallest (and most cute!). you can probably find them on amazon or smth for less than $100. i found mine at a local music store tho
Kala ukuleles are great and fairly affordable. I have a Kala 15-s saprano ukulele that I got for $54.
