The BEaST kettlebells in the US - prokettlebell....
Going full captain Kirk on that punch bag at the end
chłopaków podziwiam! niech żyją 100 lat!
I love the ammo crate toss @ 52 seconds. No wonder the Russians are badass, they have had well rounded strength and agility programs for decades.
kek
The guy in the thumbnail looks like pavel tsastsoline (sorry for the spelling)
In Soviet Russia, Kettlebell swings you.
Soper.Brawo.
Doing hindu pushups on your fingertips is very, very hard.
Can do on four digits(front finger plus on thumb)
It isnt only paratrooper training. All did it.
@Truth Be’told Haha ha.
"Lt. Gen. Giffard Martel, a commander in the British army during WWII, noted that “the rank and file of the Red Army was magnificent from a physical point of view. Much of the equipment we [British soldiers] carry on vehicles accompanying the infantry is carried on a man’s back in Russia.”
I'm impressed that kettlebells were part of their training regimen back in the day.....
Dude pleaae tell me you're joking
Kettle bells are soviet
Ha ha, in Argentina we know them as both kettlebells and, in spanish, "russian weights"
They Russian army uses them since the 1700's
The music sounds jazzy sleazy haha
Lmao great striking
The glorious soviet army
Look at that martial art though... 😂
@@mikkyo3509 Would have made for better propaganda though :D

There you go bro 🙂
Ok, the guys there looked like great gymnasts, flexible, and the way they handled those kettlebells looks impressive, but this doesn't seem like real combat training. The scene at the end where they are working on their fighting skills looks like something recorded at a macdojo.
The whole video is completely ineffective nonsense sense
Soviet russia might not have had Mcdonalds but they still had Mcdojo's
@@justinfilipovic8939 from what I understand they had publically accessible gyms where you could lift weights, learn to box, and wrestle. And at no cost. I dont think it eould have been annenvironment where one could be successful with a mcdojo.
@@TangomanX2008 It was just a joke
@@justinfilipovic8939 ah, ok. I saw your comment because i got an alert but didnt review the vudeo, the context, and my own comments since my prior posting was months ago.
Was the guy at 2:20 practicing drop kicks?
I'm 590lbs I'm so fat I cannot move. How to start?
Begin with high repetitions of exercises you can easily do with your body or light weights. Then just increase the difficulty, but not too fast; it should happen naturally. Most important is to do exercises you enjoy, but you should consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Good luck and enjoy yourself! 🙏

Que carajos, saltaron una valla en llamas ._.
Does anyone know what weight of kettlebells they were using? Looks heavy
Kettlebells must be either 26kg or 32 kg
War practice or gymnastics?
One and the same
I'm not gonna lie I lost it at the manually resisted neck extensions ..
smexxxyyyy
Wtf is your avatar?
@@OscarDirlwood some goofy ass "tell me you're a freshman at an expensive university without telling me you're a freshman at a expensive university" shit.
Bas Rutten have been doing the same stuff
Dude closest to the camera looked like a young Rob McElhenney aka Mac from Sunny.
🤦♂️
Wow Russia was very advanced for the 30s or 40s.
these were absolutely Not paratroopers..Russian or otherwise.
These guys look malnurished
They'll kick your arse and then some
Alex F the horde
you really don't need to be that broad to be physically formidable, there are professional thai boxers in thailand just as skinny as these guys who could make most men cry after just one single leg kick, not saying that these guys are strong and good fighters, this combat training they're doing looks retarded
@HiIamFin That's because Soviet soldiers used a technology that allowed to use a gunpowder-fueled explosion to fire a small projectile at a high velocity through a long iron tube for accuracy, much like a cannon, but much smaller and quite deadly.
Histotically, this technology practically removed any need for hand to hand combat. As fights would usually happen at hundreds of meters distance using these hand cannons.
@HiIamFin For psychological reasons? for fun? for tradition's sake? I'm not sure, to be honest.
I got a gay vibe watching this 😆
