Sava lakh se ek laraun, tabhi Gobind Singh nam kahaun… Sir first of all Guru Pranaam 🙏 It seems what may come or happen you have decided to be the lone warrior in the present 😢times Mahabharat which is going on in India ( Undeclared) The only difference is earlier it was just confined to Kurukshetra… whereas today it is Pan India. Sir please take good care of your health because lots of our Indian youngsters and parents need your true guidance based on your past experience in the present turbulent times and in near future. My sincere Naman to you for giving me enlightenment on so many present burning issues and for being the Guru from Gurugram in my conscious and eyes. I am really thankful to the almighty 🙏

I have worked in govt & pvt jobs. I can say, all jobs suck. Nobody enjoys giving so much time to a job. Only way for a happy life is to find something to enjoy about your job, and at the same time not take the job too seriously and make it life & death. No job is worth more than your mental & physical health.

Brother if u are career oriented, than forget government job, there is no growth in government sector.
I am seeing many of my friends who have nt clear government exams are doing better than me.
Besides the benefits of job security is worthless, if the annual package of private sector is double than govt sector, as what the private sector employees earn in 15 yrs, the same earning govt.sector has work for 30 years. And the main charm of govt. Sector PENSION is also scrapped by government.
And once u had join government sector, It's is more difficult to quit the job, than in achieving it, because u realise it very late (10 to 15 years later) that the u had compromised with ur career, and after such long tenure u will have no place in market to prove urself, as many of think that's govt. employees are inefficient to work in corporate world .

Me bohut private employee ko pehchanta hu, aur sabka ek baat common h, sab apne salary ko badha - chadhakar bolte h, Aukad se bahar ka Phone and gaadi kharid lete h. kyu ki sabko society m izzaat chahiye. aur ye log sirf showoff krke hi izzat kamane ki sochte h. apke Comment section bhi aisi logose bhadi padi h.. aur yehi izzat Govt. employee ko bas ek exam clear krke hi mil jaate h toh Private walo ko jealous hone lagti h aur har jagah govt job ko gaali dete huye dikh jate h.. Actually Govt employee itni izzat deserve bhi karte kyu ki itni jyada competition wali exam clear krke job lete h.
Aur rahi baat work pressure and stress ka, woh toh har jagah milega hi. free ka salary koi expect bhi nhi kar rha. Startup ke sapne dekhne walo ka toh 24/7 stress rehta h.. Entrepreneur banke Jungle ka sher banne ka sapna dekhne walo m se 99% log, Ghar ka toh dur ki baat, ghaat ka kutta bhi nhi ban paate.. lekin ye sab baate koi batata he nhi...

I have switched my job recently couple of months ago in March 2023 as an in house legal counsel and I'm being paid much better which is satisfactory with really good work environment. Joining this new job, I got mentally relaxed but then thoughts for government job preparation started popping up in my mind (which I dreamt of till my college days) as I'm from UP and in UP, very common perspective is that if you are working in private sector then there is no respect regardless the amount of money you're making and you're happy with your life. Consequently I was extremely confused whether I should start preparing for the government sector or should I invest my time in enhancing my skills required for the private sector only which I had already started before I joined here. I took advice from so many of my seniors and friends working in government sector as well but couldn't get the clarity and each alternate day my mind started thinking about investing my time for government jobs preparation as I am 26 and yet I have few years for the same. However one of my seniors and one friend, both working in government sector said same things about the toxic work culture of government sector as Sir explained in his other video and as of now I'm earning more than both of them but still I couldn't convince my mind to stop thinking in that direction because of the perspective that people of my native area have towards government employees. But after watching two videos (one over government jobs and this one) of Amit Sir, I am clear that I have to invest my time and energy in excelling myself for the private sector only making a path to be the Jungle ka Sher one day as Sir said.
Thank you very much Sir for these informative videos🙏.

Hi even I'm preparing for judicial services. Really confused about whether to go for a private job or keep doing my preparation! I'm feeling stuck right now. So want to go out and do something productive but also the thought of one last shot and one last attempt is still racing in my head. I'm not liking myself in this situation. Neither I'm completely focused in my studies nor I'm trying for a private job. My situation is way more worse than you 🙈 btw Congratulations to you, there are very less people who are happy with their job and you're one of them. 🙂

Din main 24 ghante hote 8 ghante sona chahiye, 8 ghante kuch kaam karna jisse paise aaaye aur kuch society ya devlopement ya innovation kar sako aur baki 8 ghante apne personal ko do.. khush rehna chahiye agar naukri acchi ni lag rahi to jayda sochna ni chahiye aur enjoy karna chahiye aur acchi lag rahi to maze lena chahiye.. satat prayas hi jivan hai aur kisi ke haath main jayda kuch ni.. amir bhi gareeb hota aur gareeb bhi amir banta... iitians ko carrer ka suggestion dena murkhta hai ya kisi ko bhi.. naukri ka try wo karta jise chahiye ya zaroorat hai agar koi amir businessman wala hota to wo bussiness ka sochega na ki naukri ka... RUclips pe lecture ko as entertainment lena chahiye na ki seriously. Jo sarkaari main hai wo accha jivan jiye ho sake naitikta ke saath par naukri anand se kare aur jo private main hai wo bhi anand se naukri kare thoda paisa bachaye ho sake to kyunki satya yeh hai ki skills ke limitation le karan naukri ki vulnerability bhi jayda hoti.. Jivan jine ka sahi tarika hai naukri jo bhi ho acche se karo aur kuch ped lagao, logo se milo haso har tarike ke logo se milo aur haso , kabhi dusro ka bura mat socho.. indian context main happiness thodi kam hai logo main comparision ke karan wo apne se jayda dusro ka sochte. Ek viksit desh main ghaas katne wali ki bhi utni hi value hoti jitna top scientist ki.. naukri skills ke aadhar par milti aur us par har kisi ko garv hona chahiye.

Agreed Janab, I started career in private job, and few years after, worked in top worlds multinationals like Boots Pharma, HJ Heinz and Alstom and last 15 years in the top public sector (government) financial institution. Believe me, if I look back, multinational job (this aspect u missed) was the best in terms of learning, environment, training, respect and most importantly financially.
And yes Government sector jobs r no more attractive, they are now hiring on contract now a days. No more benefits, no job security, manipulation etc etc in Karachi. In private sector, jobs depend on which group/Seth u r working with. Like I worked with a Dehli wala private Pharma Seth. Who gave us respect to a maximum level. Though we were not working for him but he always in touched, called us for dinner etc. though I left him in 1995 (my first job).

On point. Gone are those days when people thought of getting a job with medium work pressure, handsome salary to settle in their lives. But now nothing is fixed. Transfer posting, Job security. You never know where you're going to be in the next few years. You may have to change your job or look for other source of income in your mid thirties when you have a full fledged family to take care of. The best thing you can do is never stop learning and working on yourself. And try to invest a large part of your salary on making secondary source of income as early as possible. No job will give you Less work pressure, More salary, Hone posting, No Transfer Posting, Job security all at once. Be it Govt job or Private job. Grass always looks greener on the other side but make sure that at least there is some grass on your side.

With due respect i want to state that, there is no growth in government sector.I am seeing many of my friends who have nt clear government exams are doing better than the one who has cleared and join govt jobs..
Besides the benefits of job security is worthless, if the annual package of private sector is double than govt sector, as what the private sector employees earn in 15 yrs, the same earning govt.sector has work for 30 years. And the main charm of govt. Sector PENSION is also scrapped by government.
Further the medical facilities and other facilities like LTC is just to fool the employees,
And once u had join government sector, It's is more difficult to quit the job, than in achieving it, because u realise it very late (10 to 15 years later) that the u had compromised with ur career, and after such long tenure u will have no place in market to prove urself, as many of thinks that govt. employees are inefficient to work in corporate world .
