Day 2 done thank you Bharti. I put yoga blocks under my knees that helped me sit cross legged until I had to cave and go sit on the chair. My goal is to be able to sit cross legged by day 21. I am surprised that I break a sweat doing this practice since it is mostly breathing

thank you for this series, its my 2nd day and i can already feel the balancing of internal energies, i had a question when you say in the middle of each practice to go back to normal breathing, do you mean full yogic breath or just abdominal breathing? thanks again ;)
