Day 11 was great everything flowed nicely!!! I was told by someone that I shouldn’t do this seems I’m a smoker,am trying to quit!!! I find it helpful an has improved by breathing!!! An I have read articles saying I should.

Great session, I follow for most of the yoga posses, I have one question when doing Anilom vilom pranayama does it require to count? Because while counting I cannot concentrate on breathing

Hi there, counting helps in getting the ratios right. However, if you find it distracting, just go by your gut to keep track of the ratio.
