Pranayam is really helping me to bring optimistic approach to my life and the things around me. I becoming more joyful.. I am able to fight with my own bad habits. I Am definitely developing the will power that i need now for my exams and also it is helping me to get a hold over my stress..and lastly i am definitely seeing the improvement in my concentration amd focus💙 Thankyou bharti didi for starting the challenge it was a must need for me🌸
