    my mind has felt exhausted since i woke up and it was hard for me to get to the mat today but i am so thankful i did ❤ watching myself grow during this challenge every day is rewarding on so many levels ❤ thank you Bharti for this awesome series! it is fun to say “see you tomorrow” ☀️

      Hi Paige, I am glad too that you got onto the mat! It happens so many times with me as well that I feel lazy to start my personal practice but once I do, I just feel so good after. Appreciate your support and yes - See you tomorrow! :D

    Day 6 ✔️ today was my favorite so far something about just sitting and breathing calmed me down after my mind was racing last night and I didn't sleep well. I love your shirt by the way.

    I loved it today 💚
    I feel like bringing a change in myself is a long journey, it might not happen in a day Or two or maybe months.. But I believe in myself.. I'll surly become a better person.. And these daily practices.. Are my first and for most commitment to myself..💚

    Hi ma'am really like your meditation program, makes me feel refreshed.
    There is one slight issue i have been facing while doing Anulom Vilom, it had occured during single nostril Kapalbhati as well, I was not able to inhale properly with right nostril while performing single nostril kapalbhati, also while doing 1:2 ratio anulom vilom either i get 1:1 ratio while inhaling from right nostril or there is no exhalation at times from left nostril. I would like to mention I have Sinusitis. Will Pranaym fix it or I should avoid certain Pranayams? Kindly guide me about this if possible. Thank You!
