      Rob. I went to Eardington. I caught the river just right. First day on the stretch, 5 inc 2 8's and a 9, Second day, different peg, river rising but before the muck came through. 10 Barbel Inc. 3 doubles, atleast 1 9. I didn't weigh all of them but obviously the doubles. Third day back in same peg, coloured up and full of leaves. Difficult but 1 about 6 ish then a 10.04.
      Last day, different stretch. Difficult with all the rubbish. 1 bite. 11.05 Severn pb. 20 Barbel in total ( 2 on Monday from yet another stretch). Pictures on River Severn Barbel fishing if you do that. Thanks again Rob. 👍

      Thanks Mark - Stick at it.. The bites will come for you. I was using a 3oz lead/feeder on this session and I use micro barbed hooks. 👍🎣

    Another cracking vid rob well in pal.. what part of the Avon are you hitting?

    • @RobsAngling
      @RobsAngling  Год назад +1

      Thanks mate - I need to have a good walk around a few Avon stretches.. It’ll likely be Fladbury, Bidford or Pershore. Any recommendations?

    • @marshallart113
      @marshallart113 Год назад

      @@RobsAngling Fladbury below the bridge is a good spot.. I don't know if you can get behind the pegs atm with the amount of rain we've had.. I normally park just over the bridge in the car park N walk back down.. there's steps just over the bridge down to the stretch. If you fancy a day ticket spot you could allways do the manor farm bit.. a 19 came out last week.. just bring plenty of bait 😉
      The Avon is very clear atm so quite hard going tbh..

    • @RobsAngling
      @RobsAngling  Год назад +1

      @@marshallart113 Thanks mate.. It'll be taking a drive down in the next 1-2 weeks and will have a good look around a few stretches. We could definitely do with some more rain!

    • @marshallart113
      @marshallart113 Год назад

      @@RobsAngling I'm off for a drive around alot of the baa stretchs over the weekend. To see what's what and have half hour in a good few pegs. One per stretch is the plan.. I'm luck to live just 15/25 mins from most of them .

    Are you still using the korum bolt & run kit & do you prefer them over a standard running rig thanks

    • @RobsAngling
      @RobsAngling  Год назад

      Yes - I'm still using the Korum bolt & run kit.. They're very easy to use and safe so my No.1 choice.
