You have my thoughts on private auras. What are your thoughts? Do you agree with blizzards intent to scale back addons? Do you think this is the way to do it? What would you do?

I find game design decisions in WOW to be interesting, I play cataclysm classic and try my best to be efficient at it, so many of the "player-minds" that you described felt close to home! Hey Adam. Appreciate the videos and insight 🙂 Always neat to hear about the history of things too. Question: Macros are usually created with WeakAuras. What's the stance on DBM providing the macro and UI support for the boss mechanics? Has this been discussed before?
My expereince is if I try to do something already provided by WAs, people will ignore what I did. i've spent times developing features in DBM, even better than weak auras, and doing it FIRST even, and still people complain, turn my features off, and use the community weak auras they're told to anyways. so now I just stick to just doing stuff people use a boss mod for, and not touching things they use WA for so I don't waste precious dev time on unused features
