On AMD Adrenalin on the Performance Tuning tab, set your Power Limit to -10% to reduce the wattage going into the GPU as well as lowering the voltage as much as you can to undervolt that GPU. That's what I did on mine and capped my GPU temps at 70 degrees.

Rx580 is a good 1080 card. Res. above 1080 you should look at something else. Even with 16 gigs, 1080 could have better texture quality but the bit bus is not strong enough to go above 1080 with the similar results to 1080. I use these cards for my old FX, Phenom II, and Phenom CPUs. They are still doing great! You should see what this card can do on Linux, all my older machines are on LMDE and all play games just fine!
@@eddieemri2907 i own an i5 11400f can't complain but i would try to upgrade later after i get a new card and can get the money for a bigger update. Might end up getting a high end pre built if i can afford it.

Buy a better PSU mine is 75°c at maximum on days gone
Open the computer when playing games so that the temperature does not rise

Mine always 89 bro, it scared me sometimes. Who know it going to blow up.
Just use Msi Afterburner to increase fan speed to 75% or 80% it will be a bit loud but it will keep atleast 67°
