I love vintage hairstyles. There is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like a bit of everyday 60s class. It’s sad that these styles are no longer popular and instead we opt for hair that I certainly wouldn’t use to mop my floor.

God, it's okay to like and wear these hairstyles, but the bashing of other people is so low. Let's say they like the same hair you do, but can't afford it? Or maybe don't have the time or health for it? People are allowed to be individuals, too. You do your thing, let other people do theirs. Manners and compassion are always in style, so do better. Goodbye forever.

@@internetperson. first, of all dollar store rollers exist. second, I don’t think you gonna die from putting a roller in your hair. Third, my original comment was a joke. Fourth, I was joking about how a lot of women put in fake extensions. Fifth, I’m not apologizing if you are so offended go to the mirror and apologize to yourself.

Thank you! What are you using to set your hair? If your using a product you can dilute it with water. If your hair is getting dry when you reroll through the week you can just use water. It’s might be a specific product your using like something high in alcohol.

    • @mrstdupuy

I don’t think so! You could style it a bit more curly and go for a variation on this style that gives the same vibe but more of the Italian cut with your shorter length

    • @tiffytattoo2450

      1. Continue brushing. Some hair needs a lot of brushing.
      2. Bigger rollers make for an easier brush out, softer waves.
      3. You can try spraying a tiny bit of water to relax the curls/frizz.
      4. Pomade hrlps with the frizz.
      5. I personally wear a hairnet/snood style the first day. My curls are also really tight so they sit happily in a hairnet, slightly brushed. Day 2 or 3 they start to loosen up and look more "glam". Day 4, 5 and 6 is usually perfect.
Ido pin up bigger sections over night and wear a hairnet and scarf over night and slightly dampen it if I feel like I lose some curl.
