you don't need to remove the silencer. just connect the tube to the top air intake.

I used a C02 scrubber and it worked great but the media would exhaust so fast. I was going through a jug of media a month which was close to $50. I ended up running a line from my skimmer's air input to outside and that worked well enough.

Good to hear, I'll definitely be following along. Are you seeing increased growth? I saw a drop in calcium and alkalinity levels and more growth once I got my ph higher.

How would you go about that on a closed room? I cant drill a hole anywhere or else my parents will kill me.

Good video Barrett! I did an unboxing and 72 hour review on this product a couple of weeks ago as well! It worked great but I don't think I can afford to keep my media stocked as my original media only lasted like 5 days. Hopefully they can figure out a media that last a little longer!

Thanks for the video and info...very helpful. In a new house build and having problems with low Ph of 7.8 in a.m and maybe 7.9-8.0 during the day. The scrubber may help since I don't have easy access to an outside wall to run a line. How do you know the media is exhausted in the reactor....does it dissolve, turn color? I've heard others say this is one way to go, however depending on how hard the reactor has to work one could spend a lot of $$$ keeping on running.

You set up a reef tank only to move a month or 2 later?

My ph was going up and down, as far down as 7.8. Since ive had the co2 scrubber, its not got below 8, and goes up to 8.39 max.

Barrett Seal yea. Its a huge worry off your shoulders, more so when your at work and you get an alert message saying ph is dropping. I do still check ph while at work though ;)

One line goes to the skimmer intake from the scrubber. Where does the other scrubber line go to?

Dont need another line just leave fitting open so it sucks air for the sump area
