Thank you for another adventure, but please remember sometimes family members are the reason why houses sometimes go abandoned when the deaths of family members. They can be tied up in court for years, taxes and foreclosures as well. Sometimes its takes years to even get them straighten out. There are so many reasons unfortunately 😕 and you don't really know people until there is property and money involved from one's estate😉

I LOVE your videos. Especially now. I need it😬. I’m 66, I walked away from the place I lived and left most of my stuff. The lady who bought it knew I was going to. I moved to an apartment and took my most important things, but I know that when I die, my daughter and son will take care of what I have left. This is so sad to me. I left before this could happen. I bought the home I lived in myself. My husband died on the couch in the middle of the night and after that I didn’t have a reason to stay. Stuff isn’t important after we die.

    Hi, Steve,
Big shout out from Brisbane, Queensland - Australia.
    The artwork is called
; 'Dance At Bougival' painted in between 1882 & 1883 By Pierre Auguste Renoir (RENOIR)
In brief; The painting is in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America.
The work depicts two of 'Renoir's' friends, Suzanne Valadon and Paul Lhote. The setting is the French village of 'Bougival,' about 15 km from the center of Paris.
Many famous Impressionists including Claude Monet, Alfred Sisley, Berthe Morisot, and Renoir painted scenes there at that period of time.

He's lucky that's all the damage the venom did. I was bitten by one in 92. I had no clue what happened. I got sick, ended up in the hospital. No one knew what was wrong until I just happened to roll over and they saw this huge spot on my right thigh where the spider bit me.

I was bitten by a brown recluse and didn't find it for several days. It was in my greenhouse. A dermatologist injected around the bite with cortisone it lowered the immune response to the venom and the site of the bite rotted and necrosed down into my hip joint and pelvis. I had 8 hrs of surgery and 3 months of home health and IV antibiotics run into a central IV line in my heart to keep my leg. My weight dropped to 85 lbs and I'm 5'4"" tall. I have never been that sick. I have residual arthritis in my hip and a lot of nerve pain and no specific auto immune disease. Brown recluse spiders are no joke! It's a good thing I had decent medical insurance at the time. I totaled over $250,000! I'm now on social security disability. Please be careful around spiders! I was only 31 at the time.

Dziękuję za piękny pokaz .. Polubiłam Pana za ten pokaz tej willi za te 200 milionów dolarów ..ale jestem jeszcze pod wrażeniem ... Uwielbiam Was za szacunek jakim darzycie siebie nawzajem i szanujecie rzeczy .. Proszę nie róbcie niepokoju wobec siebie w domach w których jesteście ....Pozdrawiam z Polski Babcia Jacka ...

Beautifulg gem that deserves to be brought back to life! It is so saddened that people abandoned beautiful older houses with equally beautiful properties if they’re restored to formal glory. From my experience, women likes guns near them. My Gran had kept her Smith & Weston with pearl handle in her bedroom. Though , bullets could had belong to her deceased husband’s guns if he had owned guns.

Yes Steve the exterior is very important I am a gardener I love vegetation, that's a nice green house well stocked with lots of pots.
This house belonged to a very interesting person she had varied interest and led a full and happy life doing all that she loved, even her clothes were colourful. Every thing had its place explorers came in there and pulled every thing out and left it lying wherever. that is why its a mess. That is a bellow Steve for blowing air to the fire. Even the second house was very interesting Thanks for the great video.
