    The PS2 has a Force Open hole that you insert the end of a large paper clip and PUSH until it pushes the tray open. Doing that may free it up moving forward, but at the very least you can see if there's a Disc inside.

    I'm a 26 year-old dude born and raised in Japan, my parents didn't feed me too much of the latest gaming consoles growing up.
    So naturally SEGA Saturn, Super FamiCom which my parents already had before having me and PS2 was all I got.
    This video gave me so much nostalgia!

    Pokemon Stadium in Japan never went outside of Japan and only had 75 Pokemon out of 150.
    The Pokemon Stadium 1 that the West got is actually Pokemon Stadium 2 in Japan and the Pokemon Stadium 2 that came to the West is actually Pokemon Stadium 3 in Japan

      Yes , on Ebay right now you'd pay around $70-$90 just for the bare core PCE unit with no cables , controller or power supply and especially no cd unit or interface unit . I've not seen something like that sold at that low of a price ,for the past 5 years at least .

    About the Fujitsu f mr-50 nbx
    Its a small desktop which was released in 1987 and had 3.1 dos. And they started at around ¥400,000 yen

      Omg I actually had those installation floppies till not so many years ago.
      Tho, it shouldn't be so hard to find a windows 3.1 installation around the web and then burn it into like 20 floppy disks, lol. Or does he need to install dos first? This I don't know

    In Japan you can get a special edition fully functional PS2 for like $5 while in Australia you have to fork over about $100 for a PS2 that won't read the blue discs and the disc tray rattles

    The problem with the PS2 is that the ejector bands typically need replacing nowadays, lubrication done to the actuator for the lens and the lens itself will sometimes need a clean

    The Saturn is in my opinion the most underrated console of all time, definitely cool to one in good nick for so cheap. Mine cost quite a bit more but I've cherished it for years. Love it way more than the N64 and it's on par with the PS1 for me.

    That Super Famicom probably works, the contacts were probably dirty. There isn't a home screen like the PlayStation 2, so if the contacts are not contacting it would just show a black screen. That's why we used to blow in the carts. Shit happens with my retro collection all the time.

    One thing to note about getting a bunch of Super Famicom controllers that makes them not as nice as you'd think;
    In japan you were expected to place the console on the table, not by the tv, so the cables are suuuuuper short and inconvenient to use.

    Nice to see some love for the Sega Saturn. I still have my Sega Saturn and N64 from around 1998. My first experience with the N64 was playing Yoshi's Story in Japanese at Toy's R US.

    That super famicom probably works fine. Clean the game and the cartridge slot with some isopropyl 90+. Old toothbrush for the connector and some qtip or gamecard for the game.

    The Racing game that was put into the Silver PS2 was Called "Choro Q" and was available in the US, a similar game was "Road Trip". I played both of these as a kid and they were fun as heck!! Also would be cool if LGR did a Collab on some old Mystery box tech. The Fujitsu Laptop would be right up his alley

    Be careful. Some of the early 3D gaming consoles from Japan were known to cause seizures in people with photosensitivities. Kids over in Japan were biting the dust left and right all over the place before they really understood the problems and fixed them and sent them over to the United States. Lol

    When I push the rod up from underneath the sink, the stopper doesn’t pop upwards, instead the rod located above the sink that controls the stopper is the only thing that pops upwards. Help.

    Sendico is not what it was before.
    My last 2 packages came with problems and each time i was ignored till i went to their socials.
    First came with items cut with a cutter.
    Second came with items missing.
    Their competitors are better now.
