"Halo: Reach" was amazing. I'll never forget completing the game on Legendary with some random dude in Ireland. There was so much to do as well, I'd spend so much time taking photos and uploading them to the online profile. And ontop of that, you had "fire fight", character customisation (that was fun), the ability to make your own maps. It was a game that never begged for your time, you just went back because you loved it. And as for the campaign... You can't win them all. Sometimes you have to accept you're going to lose
You can't win them all...
Couldn't have said it better myself 😄
@@RNGGamerYT
"Do you want to know if we're losing?"
"No, I want to know of we are lost"
Remember Reach
@jake90052 what a line of dialog!!! Really hits home
Dude halo sucked after 3 it hasn't been good since
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the superchat!!! I really appreciate you
Rush of blood is a massive gem that everyone slept on or refused to get a vr for. It's so freaking good. Hands down one of the best vr games still to this date.
It's absolutely incredible! I'm glad you agree
@@RNGGamerYT i literally got 2 buddies of mine to pick up a psvr, just for that game. Then it was free from ps plus 😆.. but ya, everyone likes to crap on vr, but they're honestly just missing out. The experience is unreal and that game will make you jump and possibly scream 😆
My dad used to tell me that David Copperfield and Criss Angel sold their souls for black magic. Thanks for jolting that hilarious memory for me.
Maybe he's right!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Great video brother! I’ve played them all except Rush of Blood as I don’t have any VR but boy oh boy you hit the nail on the head when you spoke about Bioshock. What a fantastic game all around. It’s in my top 3 of all time. I definitely love some FPS as well!
Thanks, brother!!! Bioshock was absolutely incredible. You should give rush of blood a shot! You'd love it
I would love to play Rush of Blood. Got an extra VR setup?! 😂
Some of my favourite first-person-shooter are Titanfall 2, CoD MW3 (2011), Resistance 3, BioShock Infinite & real talk Far Cry 3 also. And so many more. FPS are just a fun time.
All of those are fantastic pickups! Bioshock Infinite almost made my list
An atmospheric first-person-shooter I go back to a lot is Painkiller.
I still need to play it!!! I'm glad to hear you like it
@@RNGGamerYT You haven't played Painkiller? Dude, you need to get on that. It's usually pretty cheap on Steam.
Halo: CE is my FAVORITE game of all time. I've played thousands (somewhere around 8,000+) and I've finished over 4,000, but Halo will always be the game I come back to. I went on to introduce the game to countless people, having 14 Halo Tournaments, and after every single one, people wanted more.
I was the champion of each tournament, but even after over 10,000+ games, I still came back for more, as the game was ripe with exploits and cheats. I started what I called Halo Challenges, and I went on to record 552 tricks or cheat/exploits that Bungie never assumed someone would or could do.
I got on almost all of the levels in the campaign and multiplayer, went to areas that were evidently supposed to be part of the game but were scraped in the end, to so many glitches and cheats that I could barely keep up with them. I recorded these on 6 VHS tapes and sold them for awhile to Halo fans. The game was amazing the amount of things you could learn and do were endless. I've played many other FPS's and none of them measure up to the scope and intensity that is Halo.
I haven't played all of the games in the series, but I've really enjoyed what I've played so far!
You sound like you're extremely passionate about it. I'm so glad to hear about it
I love Halo Reach, totally my favorite of the series just because of what it was. I actually like ODST as well. Now I’m going to have to dig Reach out again and play it! Great stuff brother!
Thanks, brother!!!
I've actually never played ODST! But like every other game, it's in the backlog somewhere 🤣
Really nice list! I truly enjoyed this video. Wouldnt mind more genre Videos like this one :)
Thanks! It's my first time making one
Yeah that reach ending was 😲😲😲 I love it buddy. I knew bioshock would make the cut lol its brilliant.
Titanfall 2 story mode was fantastic dude i played through i a few times. Total shame it didnt get the love it deservers. (Also the thing with the robot was the same for me in Infinite Warfare lol i loved them both)
Awesome stuff as always buddy , Great list 😁😁😁
Thanks, man! It always means so much to me that you watch all of my videos.
As usual, our tastes are very similar!
@@RNGGamerYT No problem buddy you know i love the vids :D Yeah are tastes are always similar hahaha.
Excellent video! I feel the same way about most of these games!!
Awesome! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the video
TItanfall 2 is just quite simply amazing. Tight controls, with excellent hit detection, and fast and fluid gameplay. What more do you want? Giant Titans included 💪
Exactly! It's pretty much as good as I've ever seen
Excellent list! All of these are great FPS games and provide the gamer with a unique, immersive, and atmospheric experience like Bioshock 1/2. I picked up Until Dawn: Rush of Blood a few months ago from GameStop for $5. Very cheap! I don't have a VR headset, but I'm glad to have it in my collection.
Thanks, brother! You're going to love it
Bioshock was and still is an amazing game! I honestly enjoyed all three games in the series but the first was honestly a core gaming memory. 👌🏻
Thanks for watching, brother!
It's an incredible game... and the DLC for it is still in my backlog 😅
Bioshock 1 and 2 is pure gaming gold. The second game deserves more love than it got, it’s better then bioshock infinite in my book
I loved the end of it where you get to see what the little sisters see!
BioShock 2 is my favorite of the series then 1 and Infinite in last place, but still a good game except for that ending.
@@Dizzy-lane bioshock is amazing. What did you think of bio 3? Not a big hit to me tbh.
Apart from the obvious greats like the old Halo's and CoD's, one of my all time favourite FPS games is Shadowrun. Possibly the most well balanced and unique shooters I've played, 4 races to play as with magic and tech abilities to use during gunfights. Criminally underrated
You know, I still haven't played it! It's actually in the backlog though
I just got and started playing Titanfall 2. This is a game I'd NEVER consider getting EVER! Thank you for the recommendation! 🎉
I'm so glad I could help you learn about it!!!
Titanfall 2 was the Bee's Knees.
One of the most fun 1st person shooters I've ever played.
Wish we could get a 3rd game.
Me, too!
i agree on most of your choices but i would add F.E.A.R
That's a great choice! It totally slipped my mind. Maybe in the next one 😅
@@RNGGamerYT All good choises in the video but yeah, I was waiting for F.E.A.R.
When you said let's talk about one that stands out because of the mechanics I thought definately F.E.A.R.
@lordsofkobol7385 i still need to play the 2nd and 3rd installments
The F.E.A.R. series is excellent.
Yeah, 100% agree here. btw check out Trepang 2, if you like F.E.A.R, it's kind of like the spiritual successor to fear.
I find it absolutely hilarious that you put Bioshock as a top shooter game. I only used guns near the beginning and for bosses. The majority of the time I just used the wrench to whack things. Once you get a few upgrades, it becomes a real powerhouse. Couple that with the fact that there's no penalty for death and enemies retain damage/stay dead, and you are basically an unstoppable juggernaut. I would just charge a Big Daddy over and over until it was clear. I guess my way of playing kinda broke the game, but man was it a blast when you stop caring about tripping alarms or being spotted! A shooter LOL
Have you played Vanquish? That's a quality 3rd person shooter that could use more fanfare. It's a bit old, but it's made by Platinum in their prime.
Yeah, bioshock isn't killer in the shooting mechanics department. But its atmosphere and story elevate it a lot!
I LOVE Vanquish! It might be the best 3rd person shooter I've ever played
Well, our tastes in this genre are exactly the same
I figured they would be! I already knew you were able huge titanfall 2 fan
Halo Reach is my second favorite Halo behind Halo 3. I’ve played through Bioshock 1&2 at least5 times each. Doom reminds me of me and my roommates playing the shareware version nonstop in college.
You have great taste!
I need to go back and play halo 3
Best notable FPS i played over the years.
Goldeneye 64 (enemies reacting to butt, crotch and foot shots were ahead of its time, duel weapon exploit was glorious to do especially with duel RC-P90s, and the cheats added to the fun factor too )
Goldeneye Rogue Agent (The hostage/human shield mechanic was really fun and unique at the time)
Army of Two: Devil's Cartel (the only Army of two game i played but i enjoyed the single player experience with a companion that you can give orders to which almost felt like playing with a friend)
Bioshock 2 ( beees... nuff said. 😂)
Dust 514 ( a scifi fps f2p shooter on the PS3 set in the eve universe. Game was brutal and vets would often troll COD players by saying COD is easy and its a kids game. It was 16 vs 16 and each side only have 80 clones. So that means one side dies 80 times total, its game over for their side)
Gundam Evolution (It was shortlived Mecha F2P FPS but i really enjoyed the gunplay in this game especially between different mobile suits)
Far Cry 4 ( I love how fire damage is done with molotovs and shooting bees nests around enemies)
Borderlands 2 ( first getting into this game is like they took all the best aspects of an online mmo but made it an offline game. The Damage numbers flying all over is very satisfying as well)
Generation Zero (Sound and atmosphere in this game is top notch, gunplay is solid and the way the robot enemies take damage down to special behavioral patterns, sounds and noises they do is pretty immersive. )
Cyberpunk 2077 [PS4 pro vers](PS4 version only goes up to version 1.61 which has its ups and downs. Downside no expansion DLC. The biggest upside i still enjoy is using slow time mod and spam rain grenades on the enemies. In the newer versions they reworked on how grenades work and cant rain them down like before.)
------------------
The only game that gives me motion sickness is Doom 64. Its the up and down motion when moving around. Needless to say after the 3rd playthough I gave the game to my sister. lol I never get motion sick in vr, even during extended gameplay. I also dont get motion sick when riding a boat.
You definitely have some excellent picks on this list!
A couple of the games I still need to play, but goldeneye is one I have a lot of familiarity with. I could have been on here easily 😄
@@RNGGamerYT
Thanks for taking the time to read my huge post. I got carried away and didnt realize how long the post was by the time i finished it. lol That goes for the people that are liking my post as well.
@tainteddragon2438 I appreciate anyone who takes the time to tell someone else about their passions in life!
I always read and reply to every comment. However, I sometimes miss a reply to a reply because they don't send notifications the same way
Bioshock is the only first person shooter I’ve ever been willing to get motion sickness from.
Worth the pain!!! 🤣
One I really enjoyed was star wars battle front 2, (the newer game).
If you liked Titanfall 2 and the switching between times you MUST play Singularity on 360. I think it's on PC as well, A huge hidden gem. Or a small hidden gem hiding amongst some big stuff. Either way it's fantastic.
I have it!!! It's still in the backlog
@@RNGGamerYTAs a patronizer I demand you play it right now! 😊
I mean... I'd still say EA let Titanfall 2 down as well. They dropped it right between the newest Battlefield and Call of Duty games. Not that it would perform worse ENTIRELY because of that, but that release date did them absolutely NO favors.
You're right! It really didn't
It’s definitely not an fps but the fps mechanics in Cyberpunk 2077 feel really good now after all the updates, and is some of the most fun I’ve had running and gunning
I'm really excited to finally play it! I got the ultimate edition for a gift from my wife. CD projekt red did a great thing when they didn't abandon the game and actually fixed it
@@RNGGamerYT I really loved CD but after the launch I really lost faith in them, but they gained that respect back and more by fixing it. Their dedication alone convinced me to give it another shot and I was definitely not disappointed!
@@RNGGamerYTI’d love a cyberpunk 2077 review at some point. It’s one of my all times favorite games and I love every aspect of it.
I like your the weird and wacky guy. Never change.
I needed to do a more straight-laced video before the absolutely nonsense that's coming out next saturday.... 🫠
I still enjoy fps games. But mostly to play online with friends.
Tons of fun!!! It's hard to play them for me because my kids are too young to see that sort of content. I have to wait until they are in bed.... and I'm too tired by then
That was a good list of games RNG. If you haven't played the "Resistance Fall of man" trilogy, I highly recommend those games; perhaps you already played Half-Life 2 and forgot to add it to the list. If not play that one like yesterday. As for for me, Far Cry 5 will forever remain my favorite FPS, not because it is that good but because that was my life in my early 20's, as far as the environment, not the story. A rural area with muscle cars and most of the licensed music on the game, although I have not heard Dwight Yoakam's "Fast as you" in the game, for a while now. For me it is a time travel machine to a better time in my life and I cannot expect everyone to feel the same way about the game as me. Happy gaming and good health to you RNG.
I've played all of the resistance games!
The end of farcry 5 was awesome! I was a huge fan of it. I'm also a huge dwight yokam fan. Check out the song, "ain't that lonely yet"
half life was great.i hoped they make other one
@@RNGGamerYT Yep, I know that one; it is on the same album "This Time" which also had "Fast as you". I wish there had been more actual Country music in FC5; I am sure licensing and the cost had a lot to do with the music selection.
I absolutely loved Bioshock. I only played it last year and I can't believe it took me that long to do so. All Thanks to Steve Craig Retro Games. I made him a painting that his wife commissioned for a wedding present and spending time with those characters made me want to play the game. So happy I did!!
I still haven't played through Resident Evil Village. I started it so the group could watch me play it and then that kind of fell apart. The thing I don't like about it is that it was originally first person. It gave me wicked bad nausea.
So I'll be playing it in third person 😊
And I'm so happy you mentioned Until Dawn Rush of Blood. It's one of my favorite VR games and it's one of our favorite games to throw someone into that's never played VR before LOL. 😂
Thanks for commenting! All of the bioshock games are incredible! Steve Craig is an awesome guy with great taste.
Give RE village another shot in 3rd person. You'll love it!
I like your choices I would of added black on ps2 it’s so good and rage on 360 is pretty good different ammo types for each gun makes it more fun love the videos your doing great work
Thanks so much!
You know, I've never actually played Black nor Rage.... 🤣
@@RNGGamerYT they are worth a try and cheap games at the moment get lots of bang for your buck excuse the pun 😂
@johncashman1760 i like the pun!
I already have them! But they haven't gotten randomly selected for me to play yet
@@RNGGamerYT thanks for the replies not all RUclipsrs do love the channel only found it recently but have watched many hours of you content and loved every minute of it
Halo Reach was definitely dope af.
It really was!
Just added Titanfall 2 to my cart. Looks like a solid game.
Titanfall 2 single player were praised on release. I completed it back then.
The online servers for the game were fixed in 2023.
I'm glad to hear they fixed the servers!
@@RNGGamerYT I think the servers had problems for 3 years, but got a huge player boost when fixed. The game is also great online.
Not 1st person shooter fan other than Borderlands series, but a comment helps, keep it going.
Thanks! I'm a huge fan of a lot of the borderlands games myself
I heard they have doom on the calculator with 8 bit without sound effects and music effects!
They do!!!
@@RNGGamerYT yes!!!
I’ve never agreed more with a list in my life! The only one I haven’t played is Titanfall 2. Need to get around to that one asap. IMO, some of the greatest things about these games are the soundtracks as well. The menu screen for Reach 🔥 MW2- Whiskey Hotel 🔥
Awesome!!!
But you need to get on titanfall 2 right away!
It’s so good. The multiplayer is 🔥
3:16 A great game! A 10/10 for me and the only one I replay out of the 3.
Awesome! It really is a fantastic game
I agree with everything on this list. Keep it up! I'm curious is you have a Marvel game recommendation list? Disc based consoles only,. May be a disc episode and then a cartridge based.
Would also be insightful to hear a horror based list that doesn't just slam Silent Hill and Resident Evil all over it. The more obscure the better.
The horror stuff i can definitely do... but I don't think I've ever played a marvel game before. At least not since the Genesis days 🤣
Man, I'm a part of the problem with Titanfall. I played a lot of the first game and then never touched the second.
I'm serious! Play the 2nd one. It's unbelievably good.
And thanks for all of your support! I've been watching your videos while I'm at work
I need to buy titanfall 2
You're right. you should. it's that good..
You really should!
Yes you do
It goes as low as $5 on steam sales
@aaronwilson2745 totally worth it!
Iron Meat is contender for Game of the year for me
Really!?! I've heard mixed things about it
As soon as you said doom I subbed 😂
It's always been a blast! It always will be
Le gasp no unreal tournament 2k4. Shame that series is kinda done (I think) solid solid list, some definite bangers
I haven't actually played it!! But I have it on the backlog. It came out when I was in college, and they didn't allow online gaming on the network.... what losers 😅
Blood & Truth is an awesome FPS on the PSVR. Also try Farpoint if you can get your hands on a PSVR Aim controller.
I have it, but i haven't played it yet.
It looks awesome
Killzone 2, with its beautiful aesthetic, weighty feel, incredible sound design and world, has always been my top FPS experience. Nothing else comes close and I've played most of the games listed here. (Really enjoyed the video nonetheless!) While I liked Titanfall 2, I found the Mech too lightweight to feel convincing. The Mech on Killzone 2 did it perfectly--you actually felt like a heavy killing machine. Have you played Killzone 2?
Kill zone 2 is in my backlog!!! I'm going to play it one day
Killzone 2 is one of my favourites along with Resistance 2.
Love your video keep up the good work and your amazing and your cool dude you’re just amazing love you forever
Thanks so much! Love you, too!
I See Your point about Halo! But what about the Flood! Seems like You only mentioned One Side of the Coin! When all Heck Breaks loose out of Nowhere was Awesome! imho :)
Didn't want to spoil anything for the people who haven't played it 😅
5:36 Haven't played it yet. I will probably get it for Christmas as not much has been appealing lately. I still play 7 and have a blast every single time. Though, I haven't finished Seperate Ways for the 4th remake. I've just been lazy about it.
RE Village feels downright magical at times!
Not many have topped Doom 93 or Far Cry 3 for me. So, let's see whatchagot!
You'll be pleased! 😄
I love all the (early) Doom games, and Quake... And I grew up with GoldenEye N64....
But my INSTANT gut reaction when I read the title... BIOSHOCK
Unforgettable experience, timeless... It's a shooter, an RPG and a MOVIE all rolled into one!
Bioshock is the way.... you are absolutely right! It's all of those things... and more!
@@RNGGamerYT ONE OF US...ONE OF US...
I only liked Halo Reach, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 you showed here. Damn I think you are more modern. Cuz you didn't mention the classic 1st person shooter that started it all.
Golden eye for the N64.
I love Goldeneye 64... but it's HARD to play with those controls.
I need to play the remaster to see if it revitalizes the game
@@RNGGamerYT Oh you didn't play the remaster of that for PS3 or 360? I highly recommend you playing that one. It's Daniel Craig in it. Yeah that one is a lot better, they'll tell you where to go & what to do, & controls are that much better.
Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Duke Nukem 3D, Rise of the Triad and then BAM! Goldeneye, a giant leap forward in fps games. I remember playing multiplayer against my brothers on a 32" JVC tv and we thought it was the best.
Goldeneye Reloaded is not a good game. Play the N64 “remaster” that’s on Game Pass, it plays much much better than the N64 controls.
@metalnuck3181 Sadly, i don't have gamepass.... or even a series x 🤣
I first played this when I was 16 years old in my older cousin’s room in November something in 2021 I couldn’t beat the first stage I tried a few times in my older cousin’s room and the apartments and it’s still going the same way even when I was extremely careful it’s still going the same way I was playing the game with a pikachu Nintendo Switch controller and a keyboard I was getting hit so many I lost count of how many times I try the 1st level I think my older 2nd cousin was able to beat this game 10:24
You should try to beat it! It's really an amazing game
@@RNGGamerYT you’re right I really should get back to playing it again
You gotta play Cod2 on vet fun experience but you get 1000 gs for it too, very fun crazy experience.
You mean the original cod 2? Or modern warfare 2?
Spec Ops: The Line... You should really check that out... Bought it when it first came out... was really a hidden gem.. It's had a bit of a re-resurgence the last few years.
I love that game! But ... it's a 3rd person shooter. So it was disqualified from the list 😅
Love cod 1 and Titan fall 2
Great games!!!
I feel like the title has nothing to do with the actual video. All of the games mentioned were very popular.
This was the 3rd title and thumbnail change for the video.
Titanfall 2 and rush if blood were the ones referenced
Primo list 👌has anyone ever played Black for the original Xbox?
Thanks so much!!!
I have had Black over 10 years... and it's still in my backlog.
I hope it gets picked for me to play soon!
It's been a very long time since i replayed it. I still have my copy for the PS2. I was looking at some gameplay videos to refresh my memory. I remember the gunplay was decent but i completely forgotten about the FMV cutscenes.
@tainteddragon2438 haha yeah. For a fps on console it was way ahead of its time. I would be curious to play it now and see how it holds up.
Half-Life 2, Bioshock, Halo, best of all time
I totally spaced on half life.... it would definitely made the video!
@@RNGGamerYT half life and part 2 because it was so different with physics and how you could shoot through and destroy objects like walls and doors
@@RNGGamerYT Half Life 1 is the only 1st person shooter that when I play it it makes me dizzy and fall over…must be the colors or movements. Half Life 2 scared me, the creatures make me scream like a school girl from Japan
Brothers in Arms on the PS3 & Trepang 2 on PS5
So many people have mentioned trepang 2! I really need to check it out
@@RNGGamerYT a really good FPS. Worthy of a try for sure ... If the RNG does it for you 😉
Wow, this vid could be 5 years old..
I know, right!?! My viewerbase skews a little older. So so I.... 😅
@@RNGGamerYT fair enough..
And people do need a little reminder from time to times. 😀👍
This video was very straight laced compared to what I normally do. Next week's video is going to be insane, so I needed to buffer it with something normal 🤣
Grew up with Wolfenstein, doom and Golden eye. Recently beat borderlands 1, doom eternal and 2016 and BioShock..... I have to say that borderlands 2 is the best fps of all time
I played a ton of borderlands 2 ... a ton 😅
I AM -- TUROK!🎉
Turok!!! I still need to play the Xbox 360 one
Great list! I think Titanfall 2 has online issues because some hacker keeps attacking the online servers, and that is why the game is dead.
I had no idea! The single player is good enough to hold it up though
Have you played Powerslave? There are two versions, PC and console. They recently made the console version for PC with a HD remake. I honestly like the PC version more.
I never did! But I almost grabbed the remake from Limited Run games
@@RNGGamerYTYou should had picked it up. It’s so good!
@pedrochevez2090 i regret not doing it!!
I was a game tester for the original versions back in the late 90's. It was my first job in the gaming industry.
Rage 2 is a good fps the story is "meh" towards the end BUT everything else is top notch. Its generally on the cheap end these days and if youre a fan of TPS i highly recommend it
I'll have to grab the rage games! For some reason, I totally passed on them
@@RNGGamerYT og rage isn't required it's rough around the edges but as a PS3 fps it's good of that generation rage 2 is definitely more polished all around.
@chlamygamine2190 awesome! Thanks for letting me know 😄
I cannot disagree with you on any of them EXCEPT I feel Bioshock Infinite was the better of the 3, but Bioshock #1 is a close 2nd.
This is the one and only time I can say I have beaten everyone of these except Halo. Loved everyone of them. FPS's are my favs with Platforming and racing following close behind. Thanks for the excellent video.
Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video.
I never knew you were such a shooter fan
@@RNGGamerYT Actually, that's where the "Gen" in my handle comes from. I was the General of our game squad back in the early 2000's. We played official ladder matches of Medal of Honor - Allied Assault and the original Call of Duty. fun times but too old to compete now against those twitchy teens. lol
@@RNGGamerYT Oh man, I forgot to ask you. That hurricane just shifted west, Alabama is now in it's partial path. Hope you're out of its line, but if you aren't, I hope you're prepared. It's hitting directly at my sister's town east of Panama City. she's on the gulf, so she high tailed it out of there. Be safe
@GenMasterB thanks! Yeah, it's windy here. But I live in a valley. I should be ok.
Thanks for checking in on me
@GenMasterB and I hope your sister is ok!
The best FPS I ever played was a tactical shooter. Hidden and Dangerous on the Dreamcast. It was horribly difficult, but very rewarding. Not played another that tops it's overall immersion. Probably should not emulate it.. I like my rose tinted specs. 😅
How have I never heard of this!?!
@@RNGGamerYT it's simular to Ghost recon. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidden_%26_Dangerous
Metro: Exodus
I still haven't played it yet! It's in my backlog, though
@@RNGGamerYT That game is one of my favorites. I'm not into too many FPSs so it takes something exceptional to draw me in. This one had me hooked from beginning to end, and encouraged me to play the first two as a follow-up.
the upcoming Metro Awakening VR looks like a really fun experience.
@tainteddragon2438 i bet it's unbelievably terrifying
Am I getting crazy or this video had 3 different titles and thumbnails already.
It has!
Well, it had 3 thumbnails and 2 titles!
The first thumbnail totally died after a few hours and the cluckthrough rate was way down. It did about 40% of what my videos usually do.
So, I decided to add some favorite fps characters to the thumbnail to make it more descriptive.... and that did even worse. So, after 14 hours, I decided to completely rebrand the video in a last ditch effort to breathe some life into it. Looks like it worked a little bit
The only first person shooters I've ever liked are Metroid Prime 1 & 2. 😎
...I haven't played them yet 🤣
@@RNGGamerYT Wow. 😎
You have to play F.E.A.R. and/or Trepang2
FEAR, yes! And I love it.
Trepang2, I'll have to check out
@@RNGGamerYTIt’s essentially modern day F.E.A.R. in terms of gameplay.
Awesome video man! So a few things... Titanfall 2 is one of the greatest action FPS campaigns ive ever played and it was a TRAVESTY that people didnt play it. One of thr biggest travesties in gaming in my opinion. 2nd, if you have never played it, you REALLY need to play Metro Exodus became THAT game is a damn near masterpiece in my opinion.
I JUST played Metro 2033 a couple of weeks ago. So, Metro Exodus is getting closer to being played
@RNGGamerYT Hell yeah!! Exodus is LEAGUES better than 2033 in my opinion
@RetroWolf_YT thanks for letting me know! And thanks for watching these videos
F.E.A.R and bioshock were good games i liked.
I love FEAR! It'll probably make the second video!
Does Gal Gun Double Peace counts as a first person shooter? I guess that would be on my list.
It's a rail shooter! Like time crisis 🤣
@RNGGamerYT but this title say "shooters"!! Omg I felt betrayed.
@soratheorangejuicemascot5809 it's still a shooter! And it's not even on this list 🤣
Have you tried the recent Doom reboots.
You bet! They are both great, but i like Doom 2016 a little more
You should try Singularity.
I have it! It's in my backlog somewhere 😅
@@RNGGamerYT It has a strong Bioshock vibe and time control powers. It's super underrated. I know backlogs all too well, brother. My backlog is in the thousands. Ha.
@Twigg4075 my backlog is about 1700.... 😅
I heard they had call of duty and modern warfare
Yeah! Modern warfare was Call of duty 4
I'm surprise Half Life didn't pop up.
Me, too! It slipped my mind somehow. It'll make the next video if people like this one
@@RNGGamerYT Yep, it was like a corner stone of FPS games just like DOOM.
my first person shooter was alien trilogy and doom.and the game called D but its not a shooter just first person.
D is a strange game! That style is called cinematic adventure
@RNGGamerYT yeah.its really short game.they have D2 I never played that one.i think it was on saga saturn our on pc?Great game
I remember that enemy from Fortnite 10:30
Was it really in fornite!?!
@@RNGGamerYT yes for the Wallpaper I think
Half life or counterstrike also.
I just spaced on half life! It'll make the next list
🎮🍻🤘
I'm glad you liked the video!
1:16 Sorry, I'm not a Halo fan. I played the first one on PC back in the day and was not impressed. After playing Doom, Half-Life, Blood, Duke Nukem, and Serious Sam, Halo lacked any punch for me.
I just played the first halo recently, and I wasn't a fan either... but reach feels like a totally different game
Wait people didn’t play returnal?
I think it underperformed financially
Singularity??
Singularity is definitely in hidden gem territory!
No Borderlands 2?
It might make the next video! I didn't have enough time to cover everything I wanted. 😅
Borderlands 2....just fun
I played it!!! It totally slipped my mind!
👍🏼
Thanks so much for watching!
Halo 4 was best
I think you're the first person I've ever heard say that. I played it when it came out, and it didn't really stick with me. I should give it another shot
@@RNGGamerYT it’s gameplay at the time was tight. It’s was a bit different than normal halo so got slated but I loved it. Not sure how it holds up but at the time was great. I also loved cod infinite warfare which was hated by cod fans so yeah maybe I’m the weirdo 😂
@murphyebass7837 being the weirdo is the only way to be 🤣
Half life is the best imo
It's incredible! It'll probably make the next video if this one does well
