    In Spain is actually really common nowadays to add fruits to gazpacho. Try it with beet, it's amazing!!!

    I mean it looks amazing and I definitely want to try but I don’t think you can say it’s a substitute for green juice when it has bread and olive oil in….

    I'm surprised how it's bright yellow at the end while none of the ingredients is yellow...

      That’s because during the blending phase, air gets incorporated in the emulsion; those millions of tiny air bubbles reflect light, and the result is like adding white pigment to the starting color. It’s the same thing that happens when you whip up albumen, which starts yellowish and becomes bright white when whipped up in a meringue
